MANGL250-03 Manthorpe GL250-03 Insulated Loft hatch Access Door
Ordering of the Manthorpe GL250-03 insulated loft hatch access door was quite simple. Good communication via email to confirm the order and how and when it would be delivered. No issues with delivery.
Fitting the loft hatch was easy enough once adjustments were made for it to fit and the 3point locking system to work without jamming, supplied screws I felt are a use once only item, the heads chewed so had to use new ones when refitting. Insulation on the hatch door isn't that good, broke away in places -only polystyrene. I've added an extra layer. Happy with the final outcome and better than what I had.

Would give 0 if I could, zero customer service and a shambles of a company, avoid at all cost, Take no responsibility for their carrier and supply damaged product. Then they lie about their actions and are too cowardly to communicate. Just wasted a month of my life dealing with them and I would advise to stay clear. Response by supplier is utter nonsense, no storms on original dates, area undercover, bins are not used for refuse. Also no communication from courier for collection and I have the whole mail trail. Only time you had any abuse was after this review when you finally woke up. Funny how suddenly suppliers start communicating after a bad review....hmmm !

I am truly sorry you are not happy with the service provided to you when purchasing a product from our online store. I can see the issue started when you requested the courier to leave your product in the bin or next to the bin whilst in heavy rain and thunderstorms. The product packaging is carboard and when wet would cause damage to the inner product itself, it was also too large to fit in the bin and could possibly been taken away for disposal. Your confrontational approach, abuse and reluctance to respond to the courier regarding collection then delayed collection and replacement. It is likely that the 3 attempts of delivery contributed to the damage and a decision was made to issue an immediate refund instead of sending out a replacement because we could not meet your demands. I will take your comments on board and look to improve in the future.
