Buildfix - Sinking floors repairs - Joe & Jamie
I had Joe and Jamie out today from Builtfix to fix my sinking floors. They were very professional. Explained everything they were doing and I was amazed at seeing the progress whilst they were doing the job. Very happy with the results. A very professionsl company and specialised teams to deal with. Starting with the structual engineer Chris that explained what needed to be rectified and provided the detailed quotes. Jack and team done my foundation injection and stabilisation. The second team George Kyle and Luke did the wall crack repairs and reinforcing. Both teams provided detailed updates when work in progress and were neat and tidy to clean up. Very happy with the company and the whole process.

The whole experience was very professional and smooth from start to finish. From the assessment with Chris , a structural engineer , who was very knowledgeable, giving us valuable advice and helping to get us started. We had 2 seperate jobs, for subsidence and wall crack repair. Both teams carried out their jobs with professionalism talking us through the procedure , doing a great job and cleaning up. First job done by Jack and team . Second job by George and Luke , who sent me before and after photos and keeping me updated while I was at work. All workers were polite , professional and easy to talk to. Irene in the office made follow up calls after the jobs
Communication all the way through was excellent and they are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Foundation lift and stabilisation
Working with Buildfix has been a very satisfying experience. All of the team have been very easy to communicate with. Everyone was punctual and communicated arrival times well ahead of arrival so that we are able to plan our days.
Bruno who first did the assessment was very informative, explained the process really well and was happy to answer all our questions. Then Andy who came to check for underground pipes etc, again explained everything as he was going along and was happy to answer our endless questions.
On the day, Jordan and Sam showed us all the steps, explained everything in layman's terms and showed us the progress. We had a 25mm lift and were given a time-lapse video showing the movement. Very cool!!
We are very happy with the results and would recommend Buildfix without reservation.

Professional job well executed
George and Kyle installed helical bars yesterday. They were professional, careful and mindful. I was impressed by their attention to detail to protect our belongings and clean up afterwards. A highly recommended team.

Don't make my mistake, engage Buildfix first.
I couldn't be happier with the experience of engaging Buildfix. From Joe completing the site assessment/ quote, the office team and the repair team Joe and Jamie the whole experience has been professional
I would highly recommend Buildfix for anyone with subsidence issues. Pricing was more than reasonable and compared to a competitor I had previously engaged, Buildfix delivered the results.

Professional job from start to finish
Professional job from start to finish. From Joe in sales that came and did the initial call out to Joe and Jamie who did the work on the day, communication was excellent. Scope of work was laid out beforehand. Work on the day was collaborative with each step being explained clearly. The subsidence work is a great outcome for our old property with sinking piers. Joe and Jamie were polite, considerate and left the site clean and tidy. Would recommend this service to anyone looking for a solution to subsidence issues. Thanks team.

Great job!
The Buildfix team worked over two days. Joe and Jamie on the first day raising the house, and George and Kyle on the second day installing the bars and repairing the cracks. I have to say that the job exceeded my expectations, especially the repair work. The cracks were big! All guys were lovely to deal with, on time and super tidy with the equipment and clean up afterwards. Thanks so much!
Also thanks to Joe, who came twice to measure up and quote and Lucas who confirmed where all the plumbing/services/pipes were!

Great team to work with
Great team to work with. Have done resin injection and wall crack fix using HelicalBar. Buildfix team (Joe, Jack, Harrison and Luke) are professional and very easy approachable and explain everything clearly. Joe did the first site inspection and quotation and he explained what need to be done clearly, he is also very responsive. Jack and Harrison did the resin injection and they explained what will be done prior to the works on site. I asked them many questions during the process and they explained with patience and always smiling. Luke did the wall crack repair. He also very approachable and easy to talk to. He’s very detail and completed the job tidy and neat. He also help out with the gap filling near the angle bar to my window frame due to the crack before. All this is completed under 40 degree heat today. Much appreciated to whole Buildfix Team.

Highly recommended
Buildfix sent Pedro, a very personable and thorough Structural Engineer to assess our subsidence issue, followed by Andy who located and inspected all the drainage around the house. The injection process was completed by Kurt and Jared. I have to say that every one of them were very knowledgeable as well as friendly and approachable, and they all made a great effort to explain in detail the entire process. The result is very impressive with a 7mm lift and doors now fitting properly. I have no hesitation in giving Buildfix and their team the highest possible recommendation
