Had bed bugs problem

Had bed bugs problem. Called Bugfree and spoke to James. He quite politely guided me thru the process to eliminate the problem. Booked service call for AM next day. Zach (technician) arrived spot on time! Quick review of situation, and Zach was onto problem immediately! Noticed LARGE infestation, and quickly eliminated. Zach's professionalism was truely amazing! Ensured me problem was cured after a GOOD spraying! CONGRATULATIONS to Bugfree for a superior service!

Poor Service

A couple of weeks ago I arranged for a service tech to come and do the job tomorrow. I have spoken to them on 3 occasions and confirmed my address with them every time. I called again this afternoon to get a more accurate idea on their arrival time tomorrow, again confirming my address. At 4.50pm today I received a call from them saying they do not service my area and would not be coming to do the job. To say I am annoyed is an understatement. I would NOT recommend this company at all. Extremely disappointing.

Sam delivered great service

Sam, came out today and was very professional and friendly. He explained the process and also gave me advice about our cat might step on the pesticide and then lick his paws. So we had to make sure he stays away from the area that’s been sprayed.

BUGFREE APPAULING OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

I engaged Bugfree to do a termite treatment on my residence in December. This was carried out by a Technician named Mark and I have to say he was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable with a very pleasant way of dealing with clients. As part of the treatment, he was required to return a few weeks later to check that the treatment had been successful. Due to the holiday period, arrangements were made for him to return on 12 January. On Friday 9 January I received an SMS requesting I confirm the appointment which I did on receipt of the SMS by ringing their office. The appointment was confirmed but their operator could not give me a time that the Technician would be attending. On Monday morning I contacted the Bugfree Office to ascertain approximate time that the Technician would attend. Their office manager advised me that I was wrong and the appointment was made on the 13 Jan. Thinking I may have made an error I went through and checked my paperwork only to find that I was right and the appointment was for 12 January. I had already cancelled 3 appointments to ensure I was home all day on 12 January. I again rang Bugfree to advise that 13 January was unsuitable due to other commitments and enquired why the arrangement for 12 January had been changed. The CSO who I spoke to put me on hold to speak to her Manager and returned stating that her Manager had contacted me early to advise of the change of date and why didn't I advise her when she spoke to me that 13 January was not suitable. This Manager treated me like an idiot and stretch the facts out of all proportions. Bugfree need to look at their administration and in particular their office management. The impression that the office management gives is that they don't give a stuff if they muck you around and give dishonest responses to a customer's enquiry. If the Technician was not so excellent, I would rate this company as a "0" but I do not want to do so out of total respect for the Technician. In saying that, if you want to be stuffed around by their office administration and then be underlyingly blamed for stuffing up details, then by all means, deal with the Bugfree office management. For me, I prefer to deal with a Company who's administration is competent and honest, especially when the service cost in excess of $3,000.

Great company

I have used bug free pest control for three years now for cockroaches
I find the company to be reasonably priced thorough and the products do the job!
The company communicates well and the technicians are polite professional and ‘leave no stone unturned’ so to speak
They also provide a warranty to come back and respray after six weeks if the cockroach problem persists
I wouldn’t use any other company why? because I have no reason to

If they tell you about the warranty ask questions

This organisation will tell you there is a guarantee of their servicing what they will not tell you is that it doesn't apply for flying insects like wasps. I wish your organisation told me about this instead of using it as a sales tactics.

Very disappointing because their service was good and the price is a premium. I had my house serviced on end of January 2025 and wasps appeared in the middle of February again.

We have utilised Bug Free for years

We have utilised Bug Free for years. The Customer Service over the phone and the men who do the work are all caring and professionals. Today, Michael came to redo the job. Dave had originally sprayed, but due to the Weather/Climate, the ants returned. I love Bug Free as they returned to do the job promptly. I highly recommend Bug-Free. We can't control the Weather, but Bug-Free does a great job of controlling the bugs. Mumma and I are grateful. 10/10.

Real bugs free service

I am using this company's service for quite few years and I was very impressed by the service and the warranty rules , it insurers me that my house will be really bugfree!!😊.
Christian was the person who spryed our house 2days ago, he really is passionate and honest and caring about his job, and that is another good reason to use the company's service again.

Not a great experience

We have possum up on our roof which makes annoying noise and has been breaking tiles.

Call Bug Free Pest Control Yagoona yes we really good on possums. So first guy came out, said he they had a three day catch a possum service costs $500. He needed to put cage up on the roof - seemed sensible place is a flat roof section where cage could sit - but said he couldn't do it because the possum would get caught and then be stuck on the roof over the weekend (they don't work on Sunday so need three clear days in a row). But Ok seems like a plan. Spoke to the office and booked in for Monday at 7.30 . On Monday morning nobody turns up. New person turns up late afternoon. Have to repeat the discussion with the first person possum on my roof etc.

This new person said he couldn't go on the roof since he had no ladder but that he could lay the cage on the balcony for three days. I was a bit doubtful - didn't seem like a good location - but he said he had never failed to catch a possum and there was a warranty - a free three days to catch a possum if the first three days don't work. Asked me for apples to put in it to tempt the possum, I gave him some apples and he lays the cage. I then made a mistake and paid $500 upfront. The guy then left the cage for three days and didn't catch the possum who was too clever to come eating apples on a balcony. On the last day the office phoned me - they could leave the cage for another $100 dollars per day. What about the warranty I said? no the guy was wrong about that the office said, "No warranty with possums". Please take the cage away then I said because I have already paid $500 and got nothing. Explained I was unhappy to the lady in the office she said she would check what could be done (never heard back).
The guy takes the cage away leaving our side gate wide open and the dog gets out on the road even though I told him he needed to shut it.

All in all a low quality experience - they don't seem to communicate with each-other, staff don't seem very well trained (especially the second person who came ), seems a bit expensive to me isn't everything these days. person in the office was very pushy regarding bookings etc. My own fault for paying so much money upfront. Recommend go with someone else and remember no warranty with possums.

It was really good to work with bug…

It was really good to work with bug free, specifically tony who came as techinician is really good. He explained everything and had done the work in a perfect manner and made us entrust for no more cockroach 🪳 and spider 🕷️ at home. Thank you bugfree and specially thanks to Tony(phenomenal staff you got).
