Easy process
I liked receiving updates as the stuffed animal was being made. The description of the manufacturing process made it easy to wait for the finished product. The whole process from beginning to end was easy.

My experience was great. I knew about every stage my custom Plushie was in, and when it shipped and was ready to ship. Overall, after it was shipped, it took 2 days to get delivered to me. They did a great job. Thank you Budsies for my custom plushie.

The body is good and is very accurate…
The body is good and is very accurate to the drawing, but the scars were made brown instead of a red-ish tone. The neck is too long and the scarf is just a tied piece of cloth instead of being stitched at one point.
The hair is only attached at the very top and feels insanely flimsy, and the front of the hair is one single part instead of being separated into the main part and the bangs, the front hair also is very short and reveals way too much of the face compared to the original reference.
Overall, it's a decent plushie, but I am immensely disappointed with the hair

Very poor experience
After several very positive past experiences, this has been quite the opposite. My order took over three months to ship (six weeks longer than estimated) and was very sloppily executed. My order included an accessory (a pirate sword) for which I was charged extra, but the execution was absolutely abysmal. Clearly they were not able to produce the accessory as requested, but instead of simply telling me this and changing the design, they sent a substandard item. Unacceptable.

its alright
overall design of the plushies and stuff is alright but there does seem to be a slight communication gap between the seamstresses as I asked for some changes only for the next set of images to not have those changes made

Overall Pretty Good
For the most part, I’m satisfied with the product. It didn’t turn out exactly how I wanted it, but in their defense, considering the directions and reference the creators were given, the team did an excellent job with what they had. I keep my plushie close to me on a daily basis; his appearance has started to grow on me

Paid extra for service that didn't happen
I paid extra to get them embroidered and they arrived without. I reached out to customer service and they helped with a refund for that portion. It is a shame I didn't get the names on them, but the plushies look exactly like the drawings my kids did and I am sure they are going to love them.

Very Cartoony
They were more cartoony than I wanted. I ordered 6 for my Grandchildren, 5 were "right". The last one was so bad I wouldn't send it. I expressed my concerns and they offered a remake. Hopefully, this time it will be better.

Th experience was easy
Th experience was easy. The waiting was the hard part as my child could not wait to see his creation come to life. We were kept updated through the whole thing. The waiting was worth it, as budsies created a picture perfect copy of my son’s drawing.
