This website is my go-to online store for buying pet products. The website is easy to browse and even the ordering process is hassle-free. My dogs are very fussy when it comes to taking tablets, so I love that they have a range of products that I can choose from. The delivery sometimes takes extra time, but it is compensated with the discount this website offers and the quality of the products they sell.

I ordered the 2 pack Bravecto for my dog with the promo code and no shipping costs I paid $62.67. At my vet it’s $55 each totaling $110.
I ordered on 9/10/19 and received today 9/24/19. Just 2 weeks to save almost $50...I will be using this company again. If you order ahead (not when you need it tomorrow for example) there’s not a cheaper way that I’ve found!

I have purchased many treatments for my dogs from this online store. Most of my orders reach on time and in good condition. However, my last order was a bit of a mess up. The first thing that irked me was the late delivery. My dogs were already infested with fleas and I had to wait for more days because of late delivery. On top of that, from two products, one turned out to be different. Thankfully, I only required one treatment on an urgent basis. Then I called the customer care and I appreciate that they owned up to their mistakes and offered to ship the correct product at no additional cost. Although the last order was a mishap, I still prefer to purchase pet products from them because of reliable prices and good quality.

I haven’t been a regular customer of this site but, before a few days I came across an issue and the way I got cooperation from this site is worth sharing. I ordered pet care products for my dog and unfortunately, its delivery took ages than the mentioned delivery time. So, when I called customer care, they asked me to wait for few more days but when the product wasn’t delivered yet due to the transit and because I wanted the product, they reshipped the order free of cost.

Quality products at affordable prices and not to forget, the customer services that is as good as any. Whenever I have had a few queries regarding my products, they always tend to deliver it promptly and with utmost courtesy. They have never failed to solve my issues, which by the way is always a great sign. I am a highly satisfied customer and I plan on being one for years to come. Also, I would definitely let all my friends who have pets, know about this great site!

I purchased Nexgard Chewables for my two dogs May 13, 2019 and have not received them yet. I have called with no one answering the phone, (leave a message please). Sent an e-mail and still no answer either. Is this website for real?? Very disappointed!

Mili, my kitty was pregnant and got infected with fleas. I was very scared to go with any treatment for fleas in her pregnancy. Topical treatment was already cut from my list; I didn’t want any problems with her during this time. Budgetpetcare has “ask our vet” facility. I tried that and the vet said it's fine if you give Program for cats as a flea treatment. The package arrived on time and in great condition. Free shipping, discounts on already low prices, free vet consultation and my cat’s health! Everything is just so great about this site!
