I have been getting my fur babies meds from Budget Pet Care for several years and have always been very pleased. I am blown away by their great prices (compared to my vet's), their website is very easy to use and they have a generous rewards program that you can apply to your cart when placing an order. When you have more than one pet and want to keep them healthy by giving them preventative meds it can get expensive and Budget Pet Care really makes a difference. It's not over night delivery so plan ahead, but it's worth the effort. Oh, and did I mention free shipping? Yep, free shipping.

The order was delivered quickly and without error. I would recommend them for all of my dogs needs.

I have been buying all of my dogs preventables from this site for several years now. Their prices are unbeatable (I've done the research!) and the points system gives me additional discounts each time. I will continue to always support them and recommend to others.

I was searching for a better price online for Bravecto, since our veterinarian’s price is $68 US for my dog and I'll also have 3 cats. It was costing me over $150 and I just couldn't afford it. Then I found BudgetPetCare! I was skeptical at first because the price for Bravecto for my dog was less than half of what i was paying. I decided to order anyway and I was expecting that the formula wasn't going to be the same as the original Bravecto that I was getting. I was wrong, it's the same formula and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for having much less expensive items so that I can take care of my pets. I won't be shopping anywhere else for pet supplies and medicine. The only issue I have is that it takes so long to get here, though the wait is very much worth it. Thank you!

Budget Pet Care has great prices with quality pet care essentials. Delivery was reasonable. Will definitely buy again from them.

I found this website just browsing for better prices on products for my dogs. Budgetpetcare has awesome prices and delivery time is reasonable. Since I have found them, they are my first and only stop when ordering items for my dogs.

Besides the price being very reasonable, I received the items I ordered on time.

Great price on heartworm meds and no prescription needed. Medium speed shipping to USA. I don't think they take paypal and you need to put in your credit card. My confirmation emails went to spam. Join rewards and write a review for points and coupons. They have the best prices I could find. Their website works very well. Very positive experience with them.

after ordering from bugetpetcare i started getting fraudulent charges to my bank accout—over 10 charges in 6 hour period. Beware. The tracking is very difficult to use and is not worth the additional fee.

Horrible customer service, beware of these products, their emails never end, I received one order from this company thinking they were Canadian, these are from China and probably not legit and I would not give to my pet, I have tried numerous times between their website, emails, and a phone call to unsubscribe from them and the emails don't stop, their (no)customer service people are terrible and no help, I finally had to put them in my spam list to block their emails BEWARE of this company

I contacted boehringer-ingelheim regarding the products I ordered. NexGard and HearGard. They told me they would not vouch for their legitimacy and recommended that I not give them to my dog. Don't do it.

I usually order from Canada vet express, but their website has been down so I was unable to order from them. I started looking into alternative options, and found budget pet care. Their prices were the best I found and my order arrived quickly. I paid for shipping this time so I could get a tracking number since I hadn’t used them before, but had no issues. The products are legit. They came in the same kind of packaging as the stuff I always buy from the other company. Very satisfied and will use them again, might switch from the other one I usually use even!

BudgetPetCare.com's website isn't loading in California, apparently because they are having problems with CA customs/shipping. However, they are still shipping to other states (I just called the company to confirm, 800-840-2008). I have ordered Heartgard (heartworm) and Nextgard (fleas & ticks) from BudgetPetCare.com for several years and have always been completely satisfied. The medications are entirely legit in the original, sealed packages from the manufacturer and always within expiration dates. The cost savings are significant, too, compared to what pharmacies/vets charge here in the U.S. I have always been able to reach customer service if needed and have always been promptly and courteously helped. In my experience, they have been an excellent company. Really hope they get these shipping issues in CA fixed soon!

Budget pet care was a very reasonable place to purchase pet meds, but it apparently is out of business! You can't even reach a website.

These meds are supposedly made here but shipped from Singapore ! When asked the rep said thats their main distribution hub, huh? Does that sound right to you? Who knows whats in these pills and the boxes are NOT identical to the ones from Vets. Website is registered in Burlington,MA ...San Mateo, CA and Chongqing China. The USPS packages are plaiun brown shipping envelopes this postal stamps from all over on them.
NOT WORTH risking the health of your pets to save a few bucks, savings came to about $30 over vet prescribed meds made HERE in the US.

So for all those who have ordered or intend ordering from this company my experience has been really good. I ordered my ‘Heartgard’ for Heartworm, round worms and hook worms protection. The order took two weeks to arrive, which I expected since this is a fulfillment house based in Singapore. Now shipping is free and price is great so $35.00 total cost was a relief since USA based meds were 100% more!! What a rip, eh? Anyway, they arrived, I checked out the batch # and exp date and sent an email to Boehinger Ingelheim group in Australia to verify. They sent me a case # and their USA based contact. He verified the batch number is indeed from his company but said since it wasn’t manufactured for the USA market he couldn’t recommend using it. I’m sure the pet med industry wrote a protected clause somewhere. So conclusion is this medication is just fine. Same ingredients same dosage just same outrageous drug cost for USA dog meds as for humans. Just fine. PS: DO NOT buy any heart worm meds anywhere unless you have had your dog tested for heart worm first!!

Item says shipped for last two weeks, but shipping company says it hasn’t left the warehouse. I asked for a refund but they are stonewalling. Not answering calls either

1.Company is located in Canada so I was under impression that is where orders came from
2.Package was processed and sent from Singapore
3.My mailing address on invoice is correct however my package and tracking confirmation shows package was delivered in a city 50 miles away from my address.
I am a first time customer and I will NEVER use this HORRIBLE company again.

Big scam company. They will take your money and never send the product. Then they’ll email you saying they’ll take care of it, but never do. Today I received 41 emails of the exact same email from them. Totally strange!
I’ve been dealing with them for 7 months and still haven’t received the order or a refund. They sure knew how to process the payment though!

Why does the actual box state there are 3 doses but has a sticker that was added saying there are 6 doses? I ordered 6 doses, but this makes me wonder if there is an issue with the product's authenticity or quality. It's very concerning for my dogs' health. Also, the product is now being shipped from Singapore. It used to be shipped from the UK. I've left reviews on the website, but they never seem to show up on the website.
