Terrible service

1 star. Ordered 2x extinguishers and 2x signs for next day delivery to site. Only 1x extinguisher arrived. Courier company then said the had refused delivery of the remaining order (they didn’t turn up, I was waiting by the front door) Rearranged remaining to be delivered next day. Still not on site 6 days later. Has ended costing me more in time than the job was worth and I still haven’t finished it due to very poor courier service. No apologies or explanation given by them.

Delivery appalling got next day did not…

Delivery appalling got next day did not arrive but tried 2 days later Saturday no one there then order came on 2 different days only 4 extinguishes not Rocket science'!

Having investigated the delay I can see that your parcel left our warehouse on the day of order, but was subsequently delayed by UKMail at their distribution hub. We work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service across our range of products.
