I’ve been working with the Backydrop…

I’ve been working with the Backydrop team for almost three years now, and over that time my dropshipping business has grown from a small side hustle run by a young guy into a highly profitable operation with hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue. Backydrop has played a major role in that growth.
The first big advantage is definitely the team. Support is fast, responsive, and always ready to solve any issue, and my dedicated account manager (Lola, huge thanks to her for the amazing work) helps me on a strategic level — from sourcing packaging materials to organizing production runs. The leadership team is also very accessible: you can reach out directly to the CEO with ideas for growth and collaboration, and they genuinely listen.
The second advantage is their technology. Backydrop has an incredibly user‑friendly, modern platform with a wide range of tools and services for any dropshipping or 3PL needs. Sometimes you even catch yourself thinking, “Do I really get all of this in one place?”
All in all, I’m going to keep scaling my business with Bakidrop, and I’m confident we’ll achieve even bigger results together. I can honestly recommend them to anyone who’s serious about growing their e‑commerce brand.

Reliable, professional, and very useful for my business

I’ve been working with BuckyDrop for about a year now, and my experience has been very positive from the beginning. I’ve never had any major issues, and the platform has helped me a lot in managing orders in a more organized and efficient way.

One of the things I appreciate most is how many useful services they offer. There is a lot of flexibility and customization, which makes the whole process much easier to adapt to different business needs. The software works well, is clear to use, and has been a solid tool for managing operations.

Another strong point is the support team. They are active every day, they reply, and they are always kind, professional, and helpful. That makes a big difference when you are running a business and need reliable assistance.

I can 100 % recommend BuckyDrop…

I can 100 % recommend BuckyDrop especially because of my amazing experience with Seth. I get continuous support on the highest level with him as my partner from BuckyDrop. I just have a small business with very specific needs. So I don’t use most of the functions BuckyDrop offers. I am already happy with the current situation but in case one day I want to start selling from an own website backdrop will definitely help me to get more professional.

We’ve been working with BuckyDrop for almost 3 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience from day one. I highly recommend BD wholeheartedly.

What makes the biggest difference is having real, 24/7 support from people who genuinely want to help — whether it’s with orders, inventory, or even more complex situations like negotiating with Chinese suppliers.

The entire team has been incredibly supportive and easy to work with.

I’d also like to highlight our account manager, Seth. He’s extremely professional, and consistently responsive. Special thanks to my manager - Seth.
He made my workflow way easier: helped with custom packaging for my brand, negotiated personal discounts with suppliers, and always jumps in quickly when something comes up. Always available, never disappears which is rare.

At this point, it doesn’t feel like just a service — more like having a reliable partner on the ground in China.

And yeah, Seth kinda became like a bro along the way 🙂

For me, BuckyDrop is easily one of the most convenient and solid options for e-commerce and dropshipping right now.

The best Chinese ecommerce sourcing platform

I have been in the ecommerce business for about 6 years now, buckydrop is by far the best partner I have worked with in that time.
They provide great support following up any issues with the sourcing from Chinese suppliers with me directly. Their online system for order management is great for visibility of orders progress especially when daily order volume starts to increase and operations become complex.

Buckydrop is not only is providing me with great standard services but they are also willing to work with me to offer some additional customised services to meet my needs.

Confusing anf unhelpful

The website and it's processes is very confusing. I was trying to purchase some items from 1688 to be sent to me however i ended up having this items sent to their warehouse for stocking up. i emailed them a few times to try and get this resolved and never got a response. My Items will probably end up being "destroyed". I think to save yourself money and unnecessary headaches just avoid . There is noone to help when things go wrong.

I have been working with Buckydrop for…

I have been working with Buckydrop for 6 months now. In the beginning, the service was perfect: processing times were excellent, and the support team was very responsive.

However, I have noticed a significant decline in service quality recently. Delays are becoming more and more frequent, and although the support agents are still available to answer, they are not as reactive as they used to be. Furthermore, since they started using a third party to handle deliveries, the process has become a real ordeal, and the delays have become extremely long.

I am writing this comment hoping it will reach the decision-makers. I am giving you one more chance to correct this, but if no improvements are made, we will be forced to change service providers.

They have the best shipping rates compare to other agents, the wide range of products available truly stands out.
