I bought a pair of rock revival jeans cause I wS told they offered warranty on there jeans there were bought in Jan and was told they never have complete lie closing my cc with them and will never shop again terrible customer service!

I’ve giving buckle a poor review based…

I’ve giving buckle a poor review based on the bank they use for their credit cards. DO NOT APPLY FOR CREDIT CARD!!!! Comenity bank is card holder and scam you outta late fee money on a closed account!!! If buckle wants to do right they need to sue this bank for all the customers who’s credit has been destroyed by this bank.

Derek

Derek, the manager at the Dallas Galleria location is the BEST!!!! We don’t live in the area but visit quite often and it is such a pleasure to have him help myself and my husband. He has the best personality, is so patient, and we love getting helped by him. It is so nice that he remembers us each time we visit and we feel extremely valued as customers. We look forward to our next visit.

The Buckle in Meridian Idaho

Visited The Buckle in Meridian Idaho. Spent ten minutes with not one person asking if I needed any help. Walked right by two people who worked there said loudly no one wants to help me to my husband. Nothing. Never treated like that in California.

Ashley and her team handled my needs

Ashley and her team handled my needs! She is fun and does her best to help. What a great team she trained! Ashley is truly a great manager. I could only hope to buy more “fun” type stresses jeans in a 36/32. On the whole a good inventory. I bought 3 pair bcz of Ashley!! I’ll be back soon.

Not overly impressed at all

Not overly impressed at all. Definitely overcharged. American eagle skinny jeans men best jeans I own a lot cheaper hold up and wash better. More stylish don’t like the baggy look. You really realize how ridiculous jeans look on urself when u don’t wear skinny jeans.

Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior

I was shopping at the Rivertown crossing mall in Grandville, Michigan around June 16. 2022. While walking through the mall, we noticed a Buckle store and decided to go in. There were several employees in the store when I entered with my eight year niece to shop. The male employee was the only person who made eye contact and spoke to us. The women in the store ignored us as though we weren’t there. They walked past us several times and never acknowledged us. There were two of them standing behind the counter talking as we walked towards them.The closer we got to them they turned away from us and continued to talk. The brief time we were in the store was unpleasant and the employees were not friendly, rude, courteous, or engaging. The store was not busy at this time. I have never experienced such rude behavior from employees. I don’t want to say they are racist, but what would you call them? As soon as a white woman entered the store one of the female employee walked right past me and headed straight to the customer. She greeted her and offered her assistance. She then turned around and walked past me again as though I wasn’t standing there.Terrible, rude, unprofessional behavior. I can’t believe Buckle corporation would allow their employees to treat paying customers like that. My niece asked me “how come no one will help us”. I became upset and took a few pair of jeans to the register and asked if anyone was working or could assist us. One of the female worker said with little enthusiasm, what did I need? I placed the jeans on the counter and walked out. On the way towards the exit. I took out my buckle credit card to show the girl standing by the door, to let her know I wasn’t there to “steal” she turned her back and ignored me as well. I couldn’t believe she had the audacity to turn her back as I was trying to talk to her.
I have never been in that store before. I’ve had my Buckle card since 2021. When I got home,I decided to call Buckle customer service to verify my account balance. According to all my monthly statements , my balance was zero and my account was in good standing and showed my credit limit.
I knew I had paid off my balance over six months ago. I just wanted to be sure before I went into the store because I did t want any more problems. I was told by the Representative that my account was closed because I hadn’t used it for several months. When I complained and asked questions he told me I would have to reapply. I had never received any notification in the mail about “using my card” to avoid my account being closed. Every month I received a statement. About a couple of weeks later I finally received a letter stating that my account was closed and listed the reason why. This makes no sense to me! Why would the bank close a card that haven’t been used in 6 months with a zero balance?

This has bothered me for months because something just isn’t right about the entire situation. Also, my young niece shouldn’t have been exposed to such rudeness by store employees.

I really love their clothes but wish…

I really love their clothes but wish the quality was better. Two of my jeans already have holes in them that I go six months ago. I still have jeans from high school which was 10 years ago. So that’s kind of what I compare to. But I do really love their clothes.

Very contemporary styles and good customer service.

I have purchased 7 or more pairs of jeans and several shirts from Buckle. I had to return one item for a credit. From my experience they have very stylish products and good customer service; I will order from them again. Yes, they are a bit pricey and sometimes the items I want aren't available in my size but overall my experience with Buckle has been very good.

Completely horrible waste of money

Completely horrible waste of money. Paid for overnight shipping (20+dollars) it came 3 days later. When I called they claimed I ordered it on a later date. One shirt not only had a giant stain but also the security tag still attached . Customer service simply did not care. Save your money or a better business.

Paid $21 in shipping fees because I needed to return

Buckle apparently does not have an exchange program, so be mindful if you order the wrong size. I paid $7 for shipping. They made me pay $7 to return the wrong size shorts. And I paid another $7 in shipping to get the correct size.

I called customer support to see if they could at least waive return shipping if I am getting a new item, and she said no. The company itself has a great selection and shipping was quick. I enjoy my shorts, but I am upset I paid $21 in shipping fees. I felt compelled to buy the shorts cause I can’t get them elsewhere. I just feel a bit taken advantage of. Not having some type of fair exchange program is holding them back from more/return clientele. I could see asking the customer to pay another shipping charge; but asking for another $7 charge to return an order to get the correct item, feels like money gouging. Getting my complete refund back through Paypal payment plan has also been troublesome since Buckle claimed the refund was less than original amount (-$7 deduction for shipping). This has been an awful purchasing experience and I regret it.

Buckle stores are the WORST‼️

I’m not sure how buckle is online. But in store they are the worst! The employees hassle you. They also racially profile in the stores. As soon as you walk in, they don’t even let you look around. If you pick up anything they run over to get the items from you and ask if you want a fitting room. They think most people are thief’s. I don’t even shop with them anymore because of this. This has literally happened at every buckle I have been to. They need to change and SOON!

I recently purchased three pair of…

I recently purchased three pair of jeans from the buckle. I got them home and the next day I was dressing and took the tags off my jeans which cost 169.00. I decide that the color didn’t suit me because they were a light wash and I prefer dark. So I put them back in the nag along with tags and my receipt. I took them back to the store to get an exchange. The employees there told me they look dirty and couldn’t refund me! Said the jeans were obviously worn and DIRTY. THEY CALLED ME DIRTY 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 All they would do is do
An exchange so they didn’t have the size i needed so they had to order them for me. I got an email today saying that my package
Of jeans were in. So I went back to the store to pick them up so I got there and

So i left them in the fitting room. Went back to the register and asked for a bag to put the ordered jeans in. There were three girls in there working. The girl putting my pants in a bag said what did you do with the jeans you tried on. I told her they’re in the fitting room. She then goes on to say well people steal you know
CALLED ME A THIEF because I left the jeans in the fitting room with instead of Putting them back on the shelf!!! I’ve never been more embarrassed or discriminated against in my entire life. I will NEVER shop there again. I suggest you be careful if you shop there they will call you a dirty thief if you return things.

Nice clothes, decent pricing, and a great sales staff makes it a no-brainer to shop here. 😊

My daughter and I visited the Buckle location at Pierre Bossier Mall in Bossier City, Louisiana on Sunday 20 Mar 2022. A sales associate named Destinee was incredibly pleasant and VERY helpful for a fella who was clearly out of his element shopping for clothes for his teenage daughter. Her courtesy, upbeat attitude, and willingness to take the time to make suggestions and recommendations to my daughter made what the entire experience far more positive than I initially anticipated when we walked through the doors.

Just like most here

Just like most here. What used to be my favorite I now can't stand. Every pair of jeans I've purchased have ripped or torn in not normal places not normal wear and tear in very short amount of time for what should be a high quality den product. Support would not stand behind their product so neither will I.

Poor quality jean material, overpriced and poor customer service process time for returns/refunds

Same experience as many here. Rock Revival jeans of poor quality material bought from Buckle (and other place past 3-4 years) and rip easily. One's I bought 2020 Spring ripped first year near back pocket (all they way down) and then more near crotch areas. I got tired of patching them up as new rips/holes would always appear. They were a bit loose fitting as well so tightness was not the cause. These Rock Revival jeans I ordered from Buckle also same -fit well but very poor quality with rips already after one wash in cuff hem of right pant leg -ridiculous! Made in China...so that's not good anyway and seems they are using past years very poor loose weave jean material -not durable and thick. So expensive -Rock Revival and Buckle relying on previous rave reviews....but quality, DOWN...not worth the money. Will be ordering some American made jeans - trying out for first time a company here next time I order soon.

Not only that- I ordered a "Miss Me" pair of Jeans as well, but they did not fit correctly -mailed them off to return and they arrived January 17th at Buckle HQ in NE, but I am still waiting for them to process my refund - not something I expected to happen given they've had it now for 4 days. I sent an email to guest services and I was sent back a quick email next day (which I appreciated)-yesterday-but it was generic response to refund requests-I was told that my return would be processed in order received and then it would take 10-14 days to process refund and another 3-5 to hit bank account. Totally unacceptable to take that long! Are they having lots of returns? If so, I would not be surprised. Even so, they need to hire more or do something to process returns faster. What is going on there? A customer does not expect to have to wait 2-3 more weeks for their refund after already waiting a week for it to arrive via USPS to the company-Buckle in this case-they bought it from.

Positive: The one good thing besides a response at least from guest services (even if generic) sent quickly next day from sending is that they send your orders in good time - I think it was between a week or two later I received in USPS mail.
