Seit über 30 Jahren handeln wir mit Büchern. Begonnen hat alles als kleiner Fachbuchhandel in Berlin. Heute sind wir spezialisiert auf den An- und Verkauf gebrauchter Bücher. Noch immer liegt unser Fokus dabei auf den Kategorien: Fachbuch und englischsprachige Literatur. Hinzu kommen Bücher aus allen anderen Genres, wie Belletristik, Biografien oder Kinderbücher. Excellent seller. Perfect communication. There was a small problem with some of the delivered items, but the seller promptly solved the issue.

🇫🇷 Expérience très décevante. Après mon achat, je n’ai reçu qu’un numéro de suivi DHL qui n’a jamais été mis à jour, même encore aujourd’hui. Le vendeur n’a répondu à mes messages qu’après l’ouverture d’un litige. J’ai ensuite dû contacter moi-même DHL et le service postal belge pour obtenir des informations sur l’envoi.
Le livre relié, qui est un exemplaire collector, est finalement arrivé, mais envoyé dans une simple enveloppe, sans protection rigide. Résultat : jaquette déchirée à la réception. Pour un objet de collection et au vu des frais de port élevés, cet emballage est totalement inadapté.
Après avoir signalé le dommage, le vendeur n’a plus donné de réponse et a clôturé le litige sans traiter le problème du livre endommagé.
En consultant ensuite les avis sur Trustpilot et eBay, j’ai constaté que ces problèmes (suivi inexistant, absence de réponse hors litige, emballage insuffisant et livre déchiré, frais de port élevés) sont récurrents. Le vendeur répond rapidement aux avis positifs mais ignore les avis négatifs.
C’est la première fois en 15 ans d’achats sur eBay que je rencontre une si mauvaise expérience avec un vendeur professionnel. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
🇬🇧 Very disappointing experience. After my purchase, I only received a DHL tracking number which has never been updated, even to this day. The seller only replied after I opened a dispute. I then had to contact DHL and the Belgian postal service myself to locate the parcel.
The hardcover collector book eventually arrived, but it was shipped in a simple envelope with no rigid protection. As a result, the dust jacket was torn on arrival. For a collectible item and considering the high shipping costs, this packaging is completely inadequate.
After reporting the damage, the seller stopped responding and closed the dispute without addressing the issue of the damaged book.
I later checked reviews on Trustpilot and eBay and found that these issues (no tracking updates, lack of response unless a dispute is opened, poor packaging, high shipping costs) are recurrent. The seller replies quickly to positive reviews but ignores negative ones.
This is the first time in 15 years of buying on eBay that I have had such a bad experience with a professional seller. I do not recommend this seller at all.
Quick and attentive delivery, books in amazing conditions! I value that the items are not left in the post box, but handed with care: it's great, since most of the books I purchased from other sellers are often carelessly "shoved" into the mailbox, folded, and damaged. I've already purchased italian language books several times at truly reasonable prices and i will do so again for sure!
They do not answer you, very bad people. Luckily I used PayPal and got an answer because they do not wanted to do give my money back and they tried laying there. Not nice at all. The book was in another lenguage and then the other book ordered was and even ordered versión of what I ordered (2003 but 1997).
