Marcus at the Bucherer London Westfield store provided me with great service and helped me to secure a number of timepieces that I am very happy with. He really went above and beyond to help me to find the right pieces, showing a real interest in my goals and we have built great raptor over this time. I will certainly be coming back to buy more pieces for sure!

I absolutley cannot reccomend ordering…
I absolutley cannot reccomend ordering any watch online from this retailer.
I ordered a watch for my son's graduation last week, it has now been 5 days. Since then i have recived no further commuincation, and when i now check the order it shows the watch as no longer avaliable.
None of the customer support phones lines are active so you cannot speak to anyone.
You can't call the stores direct as "online orders are nothing to do with them"
Could have got the watch cheaper and next day elsewhere but i went with Bucherer due to their reputation, won't be making that mistake again
UPDATE -- Despite the below response advising i would be hearing from them, it has now been two weeks with no follow up. Just another example of the level of service and follow through you can expect

An experience never to be forgotten
Visited London for the day with a view to looking in a few Rolex AD's as I wanted my wife to try on the 28mm Datejust for size and feel as being a watch collector and having many watches including a recently purchased new Rolex myself I thought it'd be nice for her to have one too.
We had looked in two Rolex dealers (Oxford St and New Bond St) where neither had any 28mm Datejust watches to try.
We then went to Covent Garden and visited the Rolex AD - Bucherer and on entering I asked to look at their Rolex watches I/we were greeted by their Sales Associate Joel Yang who could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or pleasant.
Unlike the previous two Rolex AD's we'd visited he seemed genuinely interested in us and having chatted for some time about my watch collection and my desire to buy my wife a Rolex and trying on a 28mm Datejust my wife fell in love with it, a 28mm White Gold, Diamond and Oyster Steel Datejust and although more expensive then I had intended I simply said 'I'd buy it if he'd sell it to me'!
After a chat with (I assume) the dealers manager he asked if I was sure to which I replied yes - my wife being stunned, smiling like a chipmunk knowing I was about to buy the watch for her.
I/we could not have wished for a better Sales Associate than Joel or an atmosphere in which to buy my wife a Rolex.
We were offered and accepted a glass of Champaign whist the details were completed and the bracelet adjusted.
IMO this is how a Rolex should be purchased as until this moment I'm sure my wife thought I was more than a little nuts with my interest in watches and my ever expanding watch collection - there was no mistaking how she felt during the buying experience and it's fair to say she's buzzing now having, owning and wearing her new Rolex (it does look fabulous on her wrist).

Absolutely sensational service from Marcus Ferlazzo.
Firstly he was attentive, friendly, and reassuring, and showed a genuine interest and passion in making me feel acknowledged and a priority.
I enquired about a watch I was interested in purchasing, but one that I could not find listed at all on the Bucherer website or see available in-store at my local boutique.
Marcus went above and beyond my expectations, and within hours had responded to me indicating he had located the watch I enquired about at another Bucherer boutique.
I was hesitant about going to another branch as it was not local to me, but again, Marcus more than exceeded the level of professionalism and service I had ever expected, and he offered to travel to the store, meet me there and facilitate the sale in person himself.
I agreed to purchase the watch based on this and a indeed he was a man of his word, and the whole experience was top tier, i felt valued and comfortable, and was treated with a level of professionalism and personality that far exceeded my expectations.
And I now have the watch on my wrist all thanks to this level of customer service, and I will definitely be recommending both Bucherer, and especially Marcus Ferlazzo to anyone after such a fascinating experience.

Bucherer - Felix and my First Timepiece
I visited Bucherer on 17th February 2024.
Having visited a few times. I felt right at home as soon as I walked through the door. I was offered something to drink and met with Felix.
We had a great catch up as I felt like I was talking to a friend that I have not seen in a while. Felix is always genuinely caring and asking how the family is doing and I appreciate that amongst our shared discussion for watches.
What amazed me was that Felix presented me with a timepiece he had tailored for me as he noted that I was looking for an everyday wear timepiece that is versatile. The design was elegant and understated, just like I had hoped for. As I tried it on, I couldn't help but smile, as it instantly looked fitting with my attire.
Felix talked me through the functioning of my timepiece; adjusted my links according to my comfort and made sure I was happy with the fitting. I was very informed with warranty and servicing of the watch. He even showed the luminous look the timepiece gives under black light which was pretty cool.
I left Bucherer that day feeling really pleased about my purchase. The fact that Felix can take the vision you have for a timepiece you want and bring it to fruition is just exceptional.
Felix and the team at Bucherer have the expertise for making you feel valued and appreciated and that’s why I will be continuing my business with Bucherer.

I visited the Cartier lounge at the Bucherer boutique in Westfield London to look at a particular style of timepiece (before committing to buy), and was approached by Chloe. Although I wasn't at the store to purchase, Chloe could not have been more helpful if she tried. Chloe presented me with the watch in question, ensuring that it fitted and was comfortable and even sent me photographs and model number to ensure that I made the right choice for my future purchase. Had I not arrange the purchase elsewhere in advance, I would certainly have purchased from Chloe that day. I left the store feeling valued, even though I wasn't there to purchase a time piece. Great customer service, thank you Chloe!

I was incredibly pleased and appreciative of the service I received. I was always given clear information and he always made me feel comfortable and valued. He had a delightful manner and was 100% about getting it right for me. It was clear from the beginning that this store was firmly about treating customers with respect and I felt like I could ask anything. Purchasing my Cartier Watch
Brilliant customer service experience provided at your Westfield branch by young assistant Sophia Payani, she was extremely patient & knowledgeable,& let me try on various sizes of the particular watch I wanted,she even suggested a two day go home & decide process contacted me in two days to see if I had made my mind up about purchasing, absolutely no pressure. I returned to purchance my item & had a tea & orange experience & also given a bottle of champagne after my purchase,I so hope in the near future Sophia becomes the branch manager,what a lovely young woman

Discriminated against in your Shepherd’s Bush Westfield store.
I went to your westfields Shepherd’s Bush store today with my wife and toddler we were deeply appalled by our experience.
We were tended to by Ramona and she immediately made it very apparent that she did not think we were worth her time. I requested to be placed on the waiting list for a Daytona and informed her that I had purchased a submariner from the same store in 2017. She then proceeded to say “there is a long wait list for this watch even for our valued customers” and then proceeded with “we can create a profile for you but I don’t think that is much point.” I have never felt so belittled and dehumanised as I was by Ramona. It is clear that she profiled us based on our appearance or worse still our ethnicity. I then proceeded to tell Ramona that I no longer wanted a profile created for my self and asked her her name.
I would like to levy the most serious complaint possible about our systematic profiling in your store and I would like to be informed how I can purchase the watch I came in for. Profiling / discrimination in this day and age cannot be tolerated.
