DO NOT USE - child's party ruined

Booked a hot tub for my daughter's birthday party. Got a text message at approximately 9.30pm night before the party to cancel the booking. Party ruined. Deeply unprofessional, DO NOT USE

Do NOT use

Do NOT use. I ordered a hot tub on in November for NYE. They cancelled the day of delivery due to a fault. They offered a refund and a complementary hire this year. To date no refund has been given and they’re ignoring multiple emails and a WhatsApp. £250 down and never had the hot tub!

FRAUDSTER

This company is a SCAM run by "Greg Hynes" who promised to deliver the hot tub, and then on the day of delivery, pretends his warehouse has been broken into. He then conveniently ignores all comms and there is, of course, no refund. Looking at old reviews, it's not the first time. Stay clear.
