STAY AWAY FROM Bticino Living now series.....
Well everyone says owww Bticino... woowww bticinoo. Obv I bought a living now wifi module. NO WAY to pair with wifi. We tried all possible options and zero result. I wrote to Bticino International team NO ANSWER! Then I wrote to Bticino italy customer service and they couldn't solve the problem and passed me to a 3rd part service Called Domo system. They replied me 3 days after my email and guess what! They couldnt solve the issue too instead they asked me a service fee 50 euro per service and 50euro for service per hour to come and check and no guarantie that they can resolce the problem. What a terrible experience.... I was very excitied to build a Bticino smart home system to my property and after all comments that I read on youtube , Trustpilot and google, I can say This BRAND is not worth. Go to amazon and choose most cheapest option will be 10 times Better .. i think Italians are giving too much importance to this brand where the service is terrible... it is expensive product and still you have to pay for the service! no free help at all .... when you cant get a basic service (free) why should I choose this brand.
