BSA Regal carried out gas, electrical and plumbing work at my property and the gas work was condemned, the electrical work was an absolute diabolical shambles and the certificates for both elements was done without even inspecting the work. The plumbing work has leaked from day one to date now 13 years later and has caused the collapse of at least one floor and is highly dangerous. I have spent in excess of £5000 correcting their abortion and now they claim the company are no longer trading. It came as no surprise when the company was found to be still active and Sandra who stated it no longer traded is one of the two directors. They are the most incompetent, liars that I have ever dealt with and their actions have placed peoples lives at risk. In short an absolute disgrace to their profession.

Absolutely shoddy workmanship had them out to serivice the boiler and and to fix a leak from the condensing pipe there so called engineer replaced a faulty plastic elbow but left us with another broken pipe between the bathroom floor and kitchen sealing resulting all the water coming out of the bolier and the bath on to our kitchen ceiling. We had to call out another emergency plumber to try and fix the problem they caused. There response was to be expected let us come and fix it for you but the manager would not accept any blame said it could be because of the way the pipe was installed, strange as they installed the boiler and pipe 7 years ago. Needless to say i dont want them back to fix the issue they caused.
If you are looking for a trustworthy company and excellant workmanship DONT ask BSA Regal

Yes, let's leave it to you to judge. Either believe 2 people who have had terrible customer service to the point they feel they must speak out or believe the Managing Director who takes 5 months to respond to a legitimate but until today, ignored complaint who has a company reputation to protect.

I would concur with the other review about the lack of customer complaints procedure. We had issues with them, but new heating and plumbing manager couldn't care less and has a terrible attitude problem. Also felt ripped off by the price of their last job for me, especially as they left the place like a tip and I'm still experiencing problems with their work. So I'm not using them again and I don't recommend.
