I had awful experience unfortunately. Their clothes looks beautiful and I found dress I was looking for the wedding I was going to..for great price too BUT I never got dress in the end. They sent email saying dress is sent to me. No tracking details..I waited as I know it’s coming from Denmark and might take time. After few days I went to their site to see where package is but couldn’t see anything there so sent them email and they sent email back saying here the tracking number but didn’t say which currier they used..she also said dress is going to be delivered today which was on Monday. Monday nothing came,here Wednesday still nothing. I found tracking number she sent and somehow manage to find package updates and it stated there that package was sent back to Denmark few hours after it arrived to Uk and this was on 28.01.. So she basically lied to me,she had no clue where package was, secondly am sure it was sent back cos was damaged as I had situations like that with another company where package was so damaged they didn’t want to even attempt to deliver they just sent it back. They got dress back on 31.01 and they said nothing to me until I asked so many times and found it myself. When I wrote to them again she said to me;” when you don’t go to pick package and few days passes they sent it back to us” !!! Is this person for real! They failed soooo badly and worse of all they tried to blame it on me! Disgraceful 😒 Now I have 2 days to find dress another 😖..Thx a lot, and never again!

It came on time and it was as in the pictures.

I bought a coat and I absolutely love it - it was of even a better quality than I had imagined.

Shopping was easy, shipping was fast, the product was of first rate quality - what's not to like? As soon as my package was sent I got an email stating exactly what day I would recieve my package, which made planning much easier

I bought a cardigan from the website recently and although they did not reply right the way to my email (i got a reply in the second day), the service was impeccable. After my first email was answered, all my emails were very quickly answered.

I asked them to send the item to their shop in Oslo and there was no problem doing that.

For those buying to ship to Norway, you do not have to pay toll or vat on the item.

I did not receive the cardigan yet but I am confident all will be in accordance to my request

I received my coat only 2 days after ordering beautifully wrapped. Something nice for me and it made an otherwise grey thursday much more sunny

I ordered a blouse by Bruuns. I received an order confirmation but I never received the blouse. I called customer servíce (very friendly customer service) who informed me that the blouse was sold out. Quite disapointing and annoying that you had to follow up yourself.

One of my first online shopping experiences, will definately try bruunsbazaar.com again.
-Detailed sizing tables, got the perfect size. But pictures could be even better, hard to recognize the lovely leather skirt I had seen in a shop.
-Almost too fast delivery, as I thought it would be sent by mail, did not read the small print... Maybe one should emphasize that it´s delivered by DHL? But my mistake that I wasn´t home at the first delivery attempt. :)
-And of course the exellent quality and fit of Bruuns Bazaar!

First time I´ve ordered from this website, but certainly not the last. Web page are fine and easy to navigate on. Brilliant service, clothing selection for the more discerning types, incredible fast delivery/shipping. Absolutely recommendable!

I ordered a very nice silk top on Wednesday - already on Friday it was delivered to me.

The top was wrapped in silk paper and packed in a nice box - It was like receiwing a present :-)....
