Check a Tax Claim refund

I received a PPI payout from Brunel Franklin chasing my creditors couple years back, They contacted me January this year to advise could be due Tax back .....Finally HMRC send me a letter (May) to advise due refund back...To date I have not had anything back from BF, Call every other day and get told different stories....Again called this morning spoke to an account manager (Lewis) who advised cheekily there turnaround my point wasn't this but the issue that on every time I call (most days) I get told a different story he advised new people in company (surprisingly) ...Not a professional company and if you can avoid then please do so...Try somewhere else don't give them the commission not worth the hassle -

Avoid Brunel Franklin

Having requested information 12 months ago, they shared info, and it was clear they could not help. Since then they have telephoned asking for my DOB, address and other security information, which of course I will not give them as I cannot verify who they are. I have advised them to not call my number, which they finally have said they will do, but they are saying they will keep me on their list for letters to be sent to an address I do not even live at any more.

Very unethical company who try to use a pressure sales approach. Strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.

Hopefully they will get investigated for poor sales tactics which I believe are breaking a number of regulations.

Do not use Brunel Franklin

Do not use Brunel Franklin. They do not keep you up to date with any progress. If they get a claim rejected, they send a letter saying they are no longer dealing with mis sold loans. Which is not true. As I rang up today, and would of been able to register another claim. So they cannot be trusted. I rang the lender today, to find out they sent Brunel Franklin a final response back in August, this was never passed to me, in anyway whatsoever. Biggest bunch of cowboys out. Avoid like the plague, alot more reliable companies out there. I am passing my letter onto the regulatory body they are regulated by for investigation.
