Our company has been using Fairytale Brownies for several years now for our Client Christmas Gifts. Fairytale Brownies has made the process SO simple and easy! One simple list that we fill in and submit - no need to do each order form separately etc. It is a real pleasure to work with them - and our customers always love the gifts.

I ordered as usual for my sisters birthday on Nov.3 with arrival Nov. 7 to make sure she got them for her birthday Nov. 10. When I tracked it showed not delivering until Nov. 11 of course day late, I contacted Fairytale Brownies and was told it was not their fault, it was UPS. I am the customer and this was a lame excuse . The lady finally said she could resend the order to arrive today, but I have yet to receive any information this will actually happen. Shameful their was no follow up and too bad it was UPS fault, one could have at least called to find out what actually happened. As much as I enjoy sending these as gifts, the no care attitude will have me look for another vendor.

Every time I have ordered fairytale brownies it has been a wonderful experience. I was introduced to them a couple years ago when somebody sent them to me as a present truly amazing and delicious. Everybody loves them just found out some family members are gluten-free so I ordered some for the holidays unfortunately, we have been getting tons of rain in Connecticut And the delivery person just left the box out in the rain and we didn’t get home for eight hours after and the box was totally soaked inside and outside so disappointed because I wanted to give them as a gift so I contacted the company and spoke to Eileen who is over the top so friendly and so nice Without hesitation. She placed the new order and it was out by the end of the week she wanted me to check the forecast to make sure that there would be no rain the day of the delivery she couldn’t be more kind she was super understanding and friendly and did everything she could to help me and replacing my order and made it so easy without any questions and no cost to me. I truly appreciate it. My order came today. It was absolutely perfect and now I feel good about giving them a Christmas presents. Thank you for Eileen for all your help ever being so easy to deal with during this stressful holiday season. I hope you get some rest. I know you’ve been working very hard. Merry Christmas to everybody at fairytale brownies, happy holidays and all the best in the new year happy and healthy.

Robert is the nicest rep for this company. I send orders to him on a regular basis and he is always so kind and cheerful. Very happy customer and will continue to order from them. Plus their brownies are amazing.

I'm in the UK and wanted to send my son some brownies for his birthday as he's working in the US. The reviews for Fairytale Brownies are excellent so I placed an order. Unfortunately the UPS delivery service messed-up the delivery but Fairytale went over and above to make sure my son didn't miss out on his treats (he tells me they were "amazing"). What great customer service - thank you!

I LOVE Fairytale Brownies, my favorite go-to for gifts for friends and family, and of course treats for myself! I always make it a point to stop there when I visit my parents in AZ, sometimes right after landing. They've gotten to know me over the years and even recognize me when I stop in- always makes me feel special!
I'm forever recommending them, when anyone asks for gift ideas.
Fairytale Brownies really can't be beat! The brownies are divine, as well as the cookies and bars.
They have a great assortment of flavors and sizes, a little something for everyone. They truly are a taste of pure enchantment!

I sent a package to a friend-didn't realize they were out of the country when I sent the package. FAIRYTALE BROWNIES RE-SENT the order without a question when I commented that my friends weren't there to receive the sweets!

Great idea instead of flowers. I sent these to a family during a tough time and it was great to cheer up the kids and they loved the brownies. The blondies are just as good too
