ups useless - t-shirt refunded
T-shirt ordered about a month ago. Unfortunately never arrived. The problem was with ups. They for some reason insisted that the address was incorrect. Lived at my place for a year now and never had any issues with royal mail, amazon or other couriers. Brothers we stand were helpful throughout the process and can't be faulted. ups are useless.
