Avoid Brosa

Purchased a couch which came damaged and the quality was bad. I messaged support three times to finally hear back on the third time after I escalated the issue. Have been going back and forth for almost two months now with them not wanting to refund me or replace the item. Would not recommend

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a white linen sheet set but sadly they are cream not white. I paid for the delivery and now they want me to pay for the return as well because they consider it a "change of mind" return. They also won't refund my money and will only offer a credit note. It is not a change of mind as I still need white sheets NOT cream!!!

Poor experience with Brosa - They need to do better

I am writing this review not just out of frustration, but in hopes that Brosa takes this seriously and improves. I purchased a Matt Blatt Eero Saarinen Round Tulip Dining Table (120cm, White) on 26 July 2025, excited to get it at a great sale price. The table was scheduled to arrive on 5 August.

Instead I received a vague message that the order wasn't ready and I would be contacted. I waited patiently but no one followed up. When I reached out I was told the item was damaged and no longer in stock with the only option being a refund. No replacement and no alternatives offered.

I understand things go wrong, stock issues happen. But the lack of proactive communication and the lack of effort to provide a solution made the experience feel careless. I had to chase them down just to get clarity and all I was left with was disappointment and wasted time.

Here's where Brosa needs to focus:
- Better stock control (don't list items that aren't available)
- Proactive, timely updates when issues arise
- Offering alternative solutions instead of defaulting to refunds

A refund doesn't erase the wasted time, missed delivery window or inconvenience. I hope Brosa sees this and improves but until then, I would be cautious about placing an order especially during sales.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service!
I purchased 4 dining chairs from the website which were hard to tell from the photos what colour they were although the description had said white - great, white chairs is what I wanted. When they arrived, they were grey and did not go with my interiors. I emailed requesting to send these back for a refund as the ad included misleading information. They responded rudely and said that I was not entitled to a refund or a return. There goes a lot of money down the drain! I will never purchase from here again. I’ve since purchased white chairs from Temple & Webster and their service and products and have been phenomenal.

Do not respond. Beware.

I ordered furniture. Had a problem where it was damaged on arrival. Have never heard back from them after 3 emails and it’s been 3 weeks. They don’t have a phone contact number either just email. Cheap prices but STAY AWAY for your own good.

The worst service

The worst service. This company owned by Kogan not providing any customer support. I'm still chasing my order which has not been received. No telephone service, no chat option, no one comes back to you when logging a call using their online option. The only option. I'm so disappointed, and sitting on camping chairs is no fun. I have no idea where to go from here. Do not buy from these people. John from customer care was a shining light, an in otherwise terrible experience. Thank you John.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Will never purchase anything from Brosa or Kogan or D Smith or Matt Blatt as they are all owned by the same company ever again. Would be nice to get a reply in a timely manner when you have a problem with your purchase. Screws did not fit, total waste of money.

Bad quality furniture and no customer support

The furniture is bad quality and they have no customer support whatsoever! And the shipping company (Hunter Express) is unreliable and unprofessional. Left at the front door of my apartment building (on the street) with no notice, dents and holes in the boxes all the way down to the furniture.

Product arrived faulty and missing…

Product arrived faulty and missing parts. Had to “negotiate” for weeks to get a refund and was ultimately advised no refund possible, only an exchange. Reluctantly selected a replacement item only to find upon receipt of delivery it was also faulty and missing parts. I
Customer service was terrible, as is the quality of items being sold. I’ll never purchase from this site again.

Misleading information regarding delivery

Brosa/Kogan didn't honour their terms and conditions for the delivery of my furniture. The detailed terms and conditions, which I had checked upon organizing the delivery date with the delivery company (ANC), clearly stated that the delivery was to the room of choice. When the delivery drivers arrived, they informed me that they would need to come back with a second team to move the furniture to my bedroom upstairs. They ensured me that this was common occurrence and no big deal. However, the delivery company subsequently refused to honour their promise and terms. Kogan has refused to remedy the situation hiding behind the argument that I didn't choose premium delivery, which includes removal of packaging and old appliances (which are services I didn't need) and stating that this is what they recommend for furniture deliveries above ground. They have conveniently ignored my repeated emails and written evidence/terms and conditions that the delivery I had paid for included delivery to the room of choice. They have even argued in one of their emails that the delivery was to my front door only despite the fact that the delivery company had specifically contacted me to ensure that the delivery would be booked on a day I was home. Kogan's refusal to put the situation right has been very distressing as I had to make alternative arrangements for a service I had already paid for. Please beware of Brosa/Kogan's misleading information and deceptive tactics!

Revising review!

Two chairs delivered and one has several very noticeable fabric creases on the front backrest. We emailed Brosa immediately with photographs on the 23 May and have had no response. Followed up again on 3June and still not a peep from them. Would be good if there was a customer service dept picking up queries and dealing with them! Such a shame that they pay no attention to clients!
So an update to this initial review! After multiple attempts to contact Brosa, they have agreed to refund the amount for these chairs. I wish it could have been resolved when initially raised as an issue, but thank you for responding appropriately now.

Lost delivery - refuse to refund

Their delivery driver lost my delivery and now they're refusing to refund me. It's been nearly 2 weeks and now i'm left with no window covering/privacy and no funds to be able to purchase a replacement. They just keep saying they don't promise when it will be delivered, however this is against Australian Consumer Law which consider this unreasonable.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service, takes days to reply. Said my delivery would be 2 business days ended up being nearly a week, then their delivery person didn’t bother trying to get it in the lift to take it to my room and left it in the lobby area. Then when I tried to return the sofa within the 14 day return policy as it didn’t fit in my lift they have just not replied. Terrible do not use.

Scam don't do it..
Order a stool on the 15th of January 2024 said it was sent with tracking.. two weeks later nothing not getting back to me.. this was the carrier response...
Our records indicate there is no proof of pickup for this consignment. Accordingly, we are unable to proceed further with this matter. Please ensure this is the correct label number and that this has been dispatched via Aramex.
They have gone broke and still taking peoples money..
I now in the process of getting the charge reversed with my bank..

Looking to buy a super king sized wool quilt and came across a Brosa website with the quilt I was after. It listed all the sizes for the same price. So after selecting to purchase the item, I was awaiting for an option to type in the size I wanted but it never came up. So I quickly followed my purchase by contacting the seller on the purchase page stating my purchase order and to send me the size I wanted. No response.
Surprise, the smallest sized quilt arrived. Even though during the whole transaction I never selected this size, even at checkout the item stated all the sizes. When I contacted them, Decor Innovations who supply the product told me that they wouldn’t refund or send the correct product and making me keep the single bed size with a 20% discount! A single size quilt was not what I needed, and could get one for half that price anyway, and still make another purchase.
Advertising all sizes and not giving you an option to select which size, and then telling you it’s your fault because your website is inadequate is not right.
I have since escalated my issue to Brosa which sends me to a Kogan website. How many companies do I need to deal with to get my money back? Think twice before buying for Brosa

Unreliable and un professional.

Bought a present for someone waited 2 weeks, still hadn't been shipped. I then emailed to ask about the whereabouts of item and whether it had been shipped and i received an email back stating a refund has been placed. I didnt want a refund i wanted my item. No explanation of why. Very unprofessional.
