It was dissappointing to learn, the day after I placed my order, that two of the three items I ordered were actually out of stock.
Thereafter the refund and delivery were very efficient and the staff in the local shop were most helpful.
We opted for collection from the shop, because home delivery was by Evri and they are absolutely unreliable.

Suit fit really poorly. The jacket was too big and the trousers too tight.

Very pleased with the quality of the clothing, both shirts and sport coats, as well as the speedy delivery.

Brook Taverner shipped my $550 sport coat in a cheap plastic bag. I returned the coat and the plastic bag.

Great fit! I purchased two pair of trousers as a test. They won’t be my last. The fit and finish of the material is excellent. I’m OTR guy and clothes are measure perfectly. The waist and inseam were perfectly fit. No tailoring required.

I’m super happy and glad I went with the regular fit. I believe the tailored would have been too slim for me.

Well worth the cost. Price, shipping and fit were all excellent!

I’ve bought many shirts and always been really pleased. Just bought a suit the jacket was two small so rang to speak to someone. What a pleasant experience, he placed an order for a larger jacket & said to just return the small one.

Whole process from ordering online to getting delivered to a store and then going in store to try on was first class. Staff in Cirencester store were amazing and really helpful. Suit is of good quality and delivery really fast

Good quality clothing keenly priced and very good postal delivery.

I had problems with the payment interface, kept being unable to charge my card. took 3 attempts to complete but still got messages saying could not charge my card. I was on the point of phoning to cancel when I got information from DHL that they were expecting my order, then got dispatch notification but was now unsure whether I had 1 order or 3 on the way. Happy with the product that arrived. Chose DHL over Evri For delivry because Evri has reputation in this area as Nevri

It's difficult to manage your website I can't get to my account or anything else

I wanted to take up the 3 shirts for £60 offer but many of the summer shirts were in small size only. However I found three that I liked and they were delivered super fast. They fit and suit me well, though I was a bit troubled by the volume of card and plastic packaging involved.
