I had a loan with Brocc which I have…
I had a loan with Brocc which I have now fully repaid. Unfortunately, my experience with them was not good for the following reasons:
First, if you want to make an extra payment, you have to contact customer service every time to get an OCR number. This creates unnecessary stress and takes extra time.
Second, when making an extra payment, the amount is deducted from the total loan, but it is not clearly visible in the account overview. There is no clear record of these payments on the page, which causes confusion and concern.
I hope this can be improved in the future.
