Absolutely excellent service both in-store and on-line. Would certainly recommend making the effort to go to the store, meet the team as they offer great advice. They kept a record of all measurements so when order on-line it is so much simpler. A fantastic combination of the old school genuine customer service with the latest technology to compliment.

As part of the wallet. Ideal size for pocket and has easy access to cards popping up via a small lever, so easy to access. Purchased as replacement to my old one, which I had over 10 years. High quality on all components. Delivered within two days from ordering.

Joy to buy from.
I ordered a wallet to be delivered to me with the intention of wrapping it and posting it as a gift to someone else. After I ordered it I realised that due to postal strikes there wasn’t enough time for it to get to me and then on to the person in time. I emailed Broadleys requesting a delivery address change and explained the situation. I was resigned to the recipient receiving an unwrapped gift. I got a lovely email back saying that it was no problem to change the delivery address and assuring me that there would be no price information included. When the recipient received the package it got the package It transpired that it had been gift wrapped!! Absolutely first class service. I’ll be recommending this company to others. Delighted with the service.
