Helpful, friendly and efficient
The guys at Britmove were fabulous. We were messed about with the timing of completion day but they took this very calmly even though they had short notice. On moving day, the team were working in temperatures of 35 degrees but they were good-humoured and personable, helpful, friendly and, most of all, they worked efficiently. I definitely recommend this company to anyone else who is moving house. Thank you, guys!

Absolutely excellent from start to…
Absolutely excellent from start to finish - the team were great and incredibly efficient. They managed to make the stressful experience of moving very simple.
We needed an extra van on the day due to an increase in the number of moving items, but this was no trouble at all.
I hope not to move again soon, but if I did, I would use Britmove.

A great job carried out without fuss
The work was carried out on the 24th of December, a day when most businesses would not accept to engage in delicate work like that which I asked for.
The workers were competent and dismantled the heavy two keyboards and 5 pedals harpsichord without any fuss.
It was done quickly and efficiently without causing any damage to the instrument.
The price was reasonable too.
I felt as if was over in no time and while the work was carried out I didn't feel worried that something could go amiss because the three people involved appeared straight away to know what they were doing.
Hence...the 5 stars!
Much appreciated!

BRILLIANT REMOVAL COMPANY
My daughter and partner booked Britmove when moving house from Halstead to Northamptonshire. The assessment was thorough and advice and tips were given to ensure a smooth removal. We were surprised to see a smallish van appear but were assured that a second van was on its way. Two young men worked tirelessly and carefully disassembling beds, settees and packed them into the van with expert precision. They asked about items they were not sure to include and we couldn’t believe how much they packed into the space. Everything was tied down and thought about to gain maximum space. By the time they had finished packing everything inside the house, the second van appeared and within 45 minutes the garden furniture, the shed and the garage contents were packed and ready to go. After having to wait a while at the other end, the four men worked like tornados. They worked non-stop and reassembled furniture with the same care that they had disassembled. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Britmove who made Moving Day as stress free as possible. Your staff are a credit to you and please give our personal thanks to each and everyone of them. Chris and Sarah.

Incredibly efficient and easy process from start to finish. Bianca was great with quoting and arranging our removals, and the team on the day were really quick and hard working. They were careful with all our belongings and very polite. I would highly recommend!

I recently used Britmove for my house move in Milton Keynes, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The team was polite, efficient and incredibly patient throughout the whole process. They handled everything with care and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and well-organised.
Communication from Bianca before the big day was great and the team arrived on time. It's clear they take pride in doing a professional job. I'm not planning to move any time soon but if I do, I will definitely use Britmove again.

Can't recommend highly enough
I opted for the full packing and moving service. The movers arrived on time, packed everything quickly and in an organised way, and moved it to the new house (an hour away) supper efficiently. They even took apart and reassembled any furniture that was too big for the doorways.

Excellent service from the Britmove guys. They went over and above in exceeding expectations, even dismantling a staircase to enable the bed to go upstairs because it wouldn't fit. Not many would do that to ensure customer satisfaction. Thrilled and great job.

Great when it all goes wrong!
Not the cheapest option, though not the most expensive either. Well worth it to work with a team who aren't phased by anything and have the resources to cope with any crisis. Sadly(!) Our move put this to the test and the firm reassuringly exceeded expectations. A big thank you to Bianca, Mario and all who were involved in this challenging move.

Good team, arrived on time and got straight on with the job.
Both men worked very hard and were helpful and understood I did need a little help given my 78 years. They didn't leave until early evening and given the distance it was a very long day for them. We'll done Britmove.
