This is a scam company, bought 2 products on the 4 March and was immediately suspicious upon receiving a confirmation of order email followed by a completion of order email with no tracking or shipment date details. They sent a fake Royal Mail tracking number when I contacted them and said I had to wait up to 7 days. It’s been 7 days, no delivery so I will report them to American Express and they can retrieve the money back that way. Avoid. I am so sick of the scumbag scammers! They are literally everywhere!

They sold me a sub standard product when I complained they refused any refund or suggestion of another product. Fine - as they can’t be reused, so I felt I would write a review of my experience and warn other customers about this specific product. They have refused to say why they won’t publish my review. This product has no reviews which suggests to me no-one has written a positive review. I find this to be a deeply troubling and suspicious business model. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased this mandibular advancement device believing it was not a boil-and-mould product, which was a key requirement for me. Unfortunately, it is a boil-and-mould device, making it no different from far cheaper alternatives available elsewhere. At this price point, that makes it extremely poor value for money.
When I contacted customer services to query this, the experience was very disappointing. Rather than being helpful, the responses were argumentative, defensive, and unconstructive. Overall, the product did not meet expectations, and the customer service response significantly worsened the experience. I would not recommend this device based on value, clarity of product description, or after-sales support.

I left a review about the mouth guard being no good, they never posted the review, so here I am again.
Don't waste your money on mouthguards, I spent £200 and it's useless
Get a chin strap instead that keeps your mouth closed, costs around £5

Avoid! I bought the nose dilator, nearly £20 wasted. Doesn’t fit for a start. Customer service useless and not interested. And now after seeing other reviews it’s pretty obvious it’s a sham of a company. If the product doesn’t work then they should refund. End of.

The prices from this company are ridiculous , I was caught out a while ago , buy your anti snoring products elsewhere.
Use the site to choose your product, then google the product .
Some of them are almost double !!!!!!!

Also the British snoring association is made up and run by them , this gives a legitimacy to their product pricing .

The product isn't comfortable and doesn't work. I followed the video and instructions carefully. I also bought the nasal and throat spray that also doesn't work. According to my dentist and ENT consultant both the device and the spray are not worth the money, especially the spray which at £19 is a scam. Other companies offer a full refund if their products don't work. Not this company! Do not buy from this company, they shrug off any criticism and just tell you you're not using it correctly or you should have read more carefully before buying!

I recommend you do not buy a product from his company. I ordered a snoring guard after following the 'what type of snorer are you' advice. I was recommended a particular product which I duly ordered - what the information failed to be clear on was that the product was not suitable for people with large gaps in their teeth. I ordered the product, opened the box and read the instructions - once I realised that I could not use the product I got in touch with their customer services. They took a while to get back but they sent me an email stating that as long as the hygiene seal was intact inside I could get my money back. Now I knew that I had not opened anything inside so I packaged it back up in its original packaging and sent it back confident that I would get a refund. Not so - I received an email back stating that their QA person had checked my package and that the hygiene seal had been tampered with - a fact that I know to be completely untrue. I paid a lot of money for a device that is completely unsuitable and their returns policy is shocking. I have no way of proving that the hygiene seal was intact because I no longer have the product that I paid for - they do. Do not purchase anything from this company and whatever you do make sure you read the small print over everything before you even consider it. I am absolutely shocked to be honest - I thought I was ordering from a bona fide company, I feel let down and extremely annoyed - I think conned would be the word.

Ordered something.
Never arrived.
Contacted British Snoring.
Got ignored.
Never again.

All is well until you have an issue with your order. 3 times I've emailed them and had no response whatsoever. I even contacted the manufacturer of the product who then contacted Britishsnoring on my behalf and still nothing! Don't bother with them.

Update: Never received any contact from them whatsoever. Won't ever use them again.

Have used RHYNIL spray many times , can't understand why this expensive product has no sealed cap to prevent adulteration or
contamination by unscrupulous third party sale sites, possibly effecting product reviews or leaving manufacture to legal

I took the test and this product was recommended. I read the reviews and thought it is a genuine product and it is an end to my snoring issues. But after following the instruction video and trying it for 1 hour, Snore lab results was 15% loud , 3% epic which isn't much different from the old reports. Not recommending the product and wish I wish there was a way to get my wasted money back!

The British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea website is a great resource. I found it while desperately searching for some way to stop my snoring, something that was having real impacts on my relationship.

The site has a test that will take you through the causes of your snoring and recommend potential remedies. I was sceptical but the test directed me to the exact solution that has worked for me.

I've now ordered anti snoring devices from them three times (unfortunately each one has a limited lifespan) and I trust them completely. The test is an excellent way to better understand your snoring and the products they recommend are excellent quality.

The prices may feel high for some of the mandibular adjustment devices but they're worth it, they've stopped my snoring and my sleep apnoea. I would recommend it to anyone suffering from snoring.

I wasn't overly convinced by this companies website plus I couldn't find any reviews for them at the time. However they do paypal so I figured I'd risk it.
Quite frankly their spiel only looked like salesman pitch to me.
But they claimed to have the quietest earplugs around to combat the other halfs snoring. Well I wasn't disappointed, I now cant hear her snoring. It turns out they are totally legit. Will use again.

This website is a fantastic resource for anyone suffering from sleepless nights due to snoring or general noisy neighbours. Thanks to the quality earplugs they recommend and sell (Snorecalm) I am able to sleep through snoring and noise from outside, which can be very loud.
