I always book with British Express Cars…
I always book with British Express Cars when traveling with my family to Gatwick or Heathrow. They’re very dependable, great at communicating and always available by phone if I have questions or can’t locate my driver. They do provide car seats for infants and young children, though the quality of them is mixed, which is the only area that could use improvement.

Been using British Express Cars for the last 2 years
I've been using British Express Cars for my regular trips to and from Heathrow from the South East, for the last 2 years.
They are always on time, cars are clean and tidy, and the drivers are always friendly and professional. The drivers even ask what radio station would I like on.
I've been picked up on more than a few occasions with a nice Mercedes V-Class which is very nice.
I've recently had a baby and the baby seats that they have provided have always been top quality and very clean.
I will be continuing to use British Express cars.

Highly recommend if need car seat for child

Totally efficient & reliable
Totally efficient & reliable! Our trip had to be planned in ‘stepping stones’ & a keystone time was always going to be this important journey by taxi. When booking we were reassured by the staff & their advice was fulfilled. Driver communicated well to us by text & the pickup at a busy Euston Railway station was seamless, coming off the sleeper train & transporting us safely to Southampton for our cruise to Australia. Worse communication ever
We booked and paid (nearly £600) for a car 8 weeks before our journey to be told 2 days before travel that they do not cover my area. They must have known this when taking the booking to give me a quote. They used the excuse that it was a new member of staff who has now been dismissed, poor person they must not have been trained properly. Why did it take 8 weeks to inform me as I then had to rush around and find someone else.

Will not use again!
Unfortunately we have had a very poor experience with British Express Cars. We ordered a minivan with a child’s car seat several weeks ago to take us to the airport. They have informed me with <48 hour’s notice before our flight that actually they don’t have any drivers available. This has left us scrambling around to find another company who can supply a car seat at very short notice. We won’t be booking with them again!
