Have used this company for many years and their customer service has always been exceptional. Have no hesitation in recommending.

Their products are great quality and their shipping is very quick. Fantastic customer service too as when I received a split bag of seed, the company was very quick to send out a replacement with absolutely no hassle.

I think that Covid has shown which companies have the greatest calibre and - in times of social isolation in particular - those who put on human face on their service, and Brinvale really have done that impeccably. I have never been disappointed with their delivery speed - and I live in a fairly remote rural hamlet which appears to be a problem for some companies. The quality of the product is excellent: buy products with suet, eg footballs, from other places and they can linger for weeks yet the suet blocks from Brinvale vanish entirely. All the seeds are devoured by my country birds, although millet is often a leftover. The robin mix is my favourite, although nobody has told the blackbirds it's not for them: I have a large male who swoops down onto my window feeder and devours it before I leave the garden.
I find their advice sections excellent and when my grandchildren ask what the birds eat, I go online and read the good info provided. I've recommended the company to family and friends and none have been disappointed in the quality of the food. I've ordered feeders and find the sunflower feeder, in particular, excellent - large and very easy to clean - although the comparable nijer feeder wasn't popular until I enlarged the feeding slits with a nail file!

On the whole, I have found Brinvale to be pretty good, if not pricey! However have to say their delivery company lets them down and prevents them getting my top marks! If your products are great but your delivery service is poor then you can only be judged as average!

Brinvale was a Google find (and gamble) whilst looking for a ground feeder. Along with the feeder I bought quite a large volume of peanuts, niger seeds and blackbird food. Speed of service was amazing, ordered Friday pm, arrived Saturday am. All products very well packaged and of high quality with explanatory literature and decent catalogue. Deserving of 5* and I will remain a customer.

Switched to Brinvale this year - and very pleased that I have. Their next day service is brilliant. No chance that the birds will run out of food now! Quality is great and they offer a good range too - it's all eaten leaving no mess. What matters though is not that I'm happy, but that the birds are!

I emailed Brinvale to check if they would deliver to the Isle of Wight and I received a reply almost immediately to say, yes, no problem.I placed the order and it arrived next day. Brilliant service.

I haven't had much luck with suet balls and hangers in the past but to my amazement not an hour after I hung it in the garden it was covered in birds. Obviously the birds like the recipe...

I will be a regular customer most definitely.

Come across brinvale bird food completely by chance on google while trying to find some where that sells and delivers wild bird food, since the lock down I haven't been able to buy it from my regular shop.

Placed my order online on Tuesday afternoon parcel arrived on Thursday. The birds are loving the seed and the sunflower heart suet balls. Never seen the bird table be completely empty, usally there is some bits left on the table that no bird seems to eat. Also noticed that there is no seed on floor either.

The birds just can't seem to get enough of this seed. It attracts a nice variety of birds as well.

I will be creating an online account and buy my next lot of bird food from brinvale. Got yourself a regular customer as of now.
