Wrong and unknown delivery time
The package was supposed to be delivered “the next day” that was what the app said on Wednesday. On Thursday it said the same and on Friday it said that it was going to be delivered that day. It wasn’t delivered and I contacted customer service. They said that the package didn’t arrive to the warehouse in my area so it’s not gonna be delivered today, and they don’t know when that will be. I spend the whole day waiting to receive the package and now I’m working next weekday so I cannot receive the package. Not a serious company 🤡🤡

On the positive side, the packages always arrive. On the other hand, not always in the agreed place and the right time, but OK.

I used Europacco to ship several boxes…
I used Europacco to ship several boxes of shopping back home to Denmark after a holiday in Italy, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
Ease of Use: The booking process on their website was simple, quick, and very straight to the point.
Pickup & Delivery: Pickup in Italy was smooth and punctual, and my parcels arrived at my door in Denmark safe, sound, and right on time.
Care & Condition: Everything—including delicate purchases—was delivered in perfect condition without a single dent.
Value: Fantastic value for money compared to standard baggage fees or other international couriers.
I couldn't be happier with how easy they made my travel back home. I will definitely be using Europacco again for future trips and shipments! Highly recommended!

Didn’t receive the package
Got a message about delivery between 10:00-14:00, and that I’ll get notified 30 minutes before the driver will arrive.
I didn’t get notified and driver called the doorbell while I wasn’t at home. I called customer service who was nice and said they’ll contact the driver. I told them I’ll be home as fast as I can in about 10 minutes but eventually arrived after 15 minutes (with 2 kids and had to run all the way back home). Driver wasn’t there and neither the package. Customer service called again and said driver drove away. I told her I just arrived and asked if driver could come later today and she said no, and that I need to contact the store again to set up a new delivery date. Not sure why it’s that complicated to get a simple delivery.
