One of the worst tent hires iced come…

One of the worst tent hires iced come across. I hired a bell tent at an event for 3 nights, upon arriving the air mattress was completely flat, I had to ask around the camp site to see if anyone had a spare pump, the bedding had stains on the pillow case what looked like some kind of blood/spit stain, and the blanket to furnish the tent had stains on too. The bedding stunk as if somebody had slept in it for a week and not been washed. I had to find a local Tesco to buy new bedding, not what is expected when paying £250 for a 3 day hire. - I emailed to give feedback and not even a cutest email was followed, not even with an apology!
