Tom S was very knowledgeable, flexible, and supportive on helping me pick the perfect diamond for my partner. He did not pressure me to go with more expensive options despite my budget allowing for it. He was very friendly throughout the whole process. You cannot beat the value. The stone I selected with its specs would have cost thousands more at the other listed places. I fully recommend Brilliance to anyone looking for a diamond.

Such a wonderful, stress-less, experience. If you are looking for jewelry and have no idea what you need to know. This is the place for you. Everything is so simple to understand, they are transparent about everything, and their customer service is TOP NOTCH. You will never be waiting long for a response. They even sent me pictures of the ring I designed which they didn't have to (I asked but was assuming they were going to say no). I was also updated at every single step of the process. Everything was too easy and then I got the ring--BEAUTIFUL! If this place doesn't have a 5/5 stars I would be surprised.

Customer service was excellent and I was given a huge discount at checkout that I did not expect. When there was a slight issue with the diamond I chose, they replaced it with a slightly better one without charging me extra. Communication was also great and I was always made aware of how my ring was doing and where it was. The ring arrived earlier than expected and it was packaged well. And the ring itself was absolutely beautiful!

It was more than I expected. I wanted to double check the engraving I requested and got response quickly. I had some difficulty with delivery because I wasn't home when they delivered so I changed pick up at a USPS location. They did regular check ins and updates to ensure I got it. Great customer service and very happy with the quality.

I was totally blown away. My wife has been asking for a 2k ring since we got married and gave her a 4K instead. The current lab grown prices are so low right now that I was totally blown away. The ring arrived and it truly was absolutely amazing clarity, and flawless. I was also tight on time and they delivered. Everything about a sight unseen purchase scared me. It was awesome all around.
