Unfortunately despite paying for…

Unfortunately despite paying for private treatment you are left at the mercy of the NHS. Whilst staff wre lovely my "day" procedure became a 2 day stay as the pharmacy was "understaffed" and took 2 days to prepare my required pain killers for discharge.
Would not use this hospital again.

Bridges Clinic Bedford: extremely poor administration

I was offered an operation date on 8th April , which I accepted. I followed up a couple of times with no response, finally got hold of someone who told me “due to an administrative error I was not booked in…” and then despite being told several times previously that my insurance (along with my employment) ends on the 11th April they offered me a replacement appoint in on the 28th!

What’s the point if using email for appointments if you don’t read the emails you get in response!!!

my advise if you must deal with this company (bupa is much better) assume nothing ring them to double check everything they send you.
