We have bought Carpet (2025) and Engineered Wood (2026) from the team at Bridge Flooring. It is refreshing to deal with a knowledgeable team that show genuine interest in your requirements and desires. Recommending different options that we might not have considered (LVT / Laminate / Real wood / Engineered wood etc). The carpet fitters were great. The Screed guys for the wood flooring were brilliant too. I laid the wood flooring myself having been persuaded by the shop manager that I would be more than capable!! Saved me a few pounds! All in all a GREAT experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I always use Bridge Flooring for floor coverings. Their service is professional and attentive. The staff are friendly and informative and all work is neat and tidy.

Bridge Flooring are really great! Great carpets and great service. A very prompt and helpful home visit is followed by a swift ordering process (compared, say, with large high-street stores who keep you waiting for weeks and weeks) and then careful fitting. We could not be more delighted with our new living room carpet. Also, we have used Bridge Flooring in the past for our bathroom floors and, again, the fitting was (and remains, several years on) superb. We won't go anywhere else for floor coverings now.

Reliable, friendly and great customer service. I've had a variety of flooring from Bridge Flooring i.e. carpet, engineered wood, and Amtico vinyl tiles, all of which I'm very happy with and have had no issues with installation or product longevity.

We have just had all our bedroom carpets replaced and the service throughout was first class. From choosing the carpet and colour through measuring, getting the estimate and booking the fitting everything went smoothly. On the day the fitters arrived promptly and were polite and friendly. The fitting was done expertly and was absolutely top notch as there were difficult fittings and wiring to work round. All done without any trouble. We are immensely pleased with the finished job and would recommend Bridge carpets wholeheartedly.

We recently had our son’s bedroom carpet fitted by Bridge Flooring and couldn’t be happier with the result. The team who came to lay the carpet were friendly, professional, and very efficient throughout. They did an amazing job with the fitting, and the finish looks fantastic.

Bridge Flooring are a great responsive company. Took their time to help us choose a carpet with no pressure. Once we ordered the flooring we were contacted with a date.

The fitters were great the installation went without a hitch.

We were recommended to Bridge Flooring by two people. When I phoned them for a quote they sent Mitchell around straight away to measure up.
We then went into their showroom to choose our flooring and it was Laura who helped and advised us.
The Amtico flooring has now been laid and we are very happy with the final result.

Just had a bedroom carpet fitted. From when they came to give me a quote to completing the job everything was great. Everyone I met in the shop and at my home were very friendly and professional. Have used them for wooden floors and carpets. Always 10/10.

Have used Bridge a couple of times for carpets from the Unnatural Flooring range. The service is excellent - nothing is too much trouble and the advice is spot on, plus the carpets always look great. Highly recommend.

I was having an absolute nightmare with the flooring in a new extension until I found Bridge Flooring. My original building contractor had installed Amtico flooring in 2023 as part of the extension works, and within 6 months it was lifting and the floor underneath was crumbling and turning to rubble. The floor had been installed on top of underfloor heating and was wall-to-wall, running underneath my new kitchen, into the hallway and utility and downstairs study. Basically, half the house. They had not used the right materials and the consequences were incredibly expensive and disruptive. The floor was in bits and I was too.
After a year of trying to pursue the original contractor for remedy I was on my own, and had no idea how to fix it. I didn’t know whether it could be salvaged without either raising the level of the floor (making the kitchen counters too low), taking out or damaging the new kitchen, or having to take out the very expensive UFH altogether.

I asked a few companies and most didn’t want to go near it. However, Bridge Flooring were willing to help (possibly Tommy felt sorry for me after I arrived in their showroom soaking wet from a downpour and in tearful despair!). After so much rubbish from my original contractor it was hard to know what advice to trust but I trusted their expertise, took a leap of faith and handed the problem over to them. And they fixed it.

It wasn’t easy at all - they had to take out the old flooring, working around the kitchen and without damaging the UFH, and then pour a new latex layer and relay a new surface of Amtico. When they took the old flooring up the condition of the subfloor was much worse than they expected and it took them a few days to find the right product to stabilise and bond the floor, before they could proceed to lay a new one. They went over and above to find a solution - a lot of people with a lot of experience were involved, and I think in the end they trialled four different products before being satisfied it was the right one. It took a lot more time and effort on their part than I think they had expected, but they stuck to the price they had quoted. Once they had fixed the subfloor the rest was fairly straightforward. The final flooring was exactly the same finish (same Amtico product) as the original but it looked miles better than the original ever had - a much better prepared surface and expert laying makes such a difference. I am delighted with it and more relieved and grateful than I can say to Tommy, Mitch and the team. Everyone who came to our house (and there were a lot of people over this job!) were lovely and really cared about putting this right for us. And they did a great job of cleaning up at the end.

Preparing and laying flooring is a highly specialist job, I have realised, and it makes a huge difference to the stability and the finish to get experts in (not to mention a proper warranty). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bridge Flooring, they were absolutely amazing.

This is a nice showroom with very service minded and experience staff. There is a large collection where we looked at different Amitco. In the end we decided the Amitco Herringbone in Signature which gave a nice contrast to the kitchen, we were so happy with it. The installer from Bridge Flooring was superb and it is highly recommended to use them, they know exactly what is needed to be done, and see how to lay out the floor in perfect patters to match, using professional tools and techniques, and preparations.
