BUYER BEWARE…..STOLE MY MONEY!

I have purchased a great many items from quite a few different sellers on Brickowl. Overall I have had a great experience. It does take a bit of time to figure out how to get the best value for your buck. Shipping costs have gotten crazy over the last couple years and I know that most sellers try to use the most economical way possible. I have learned that the best thing to do is check the sellers minimum order amount, if it's too high for me I look to other sellers there are plenty of them on Brickowl. I have only had a couple of minor issues that were resolved amicably and quickly. There are a few sellers that have what to me are ridiculously high minimum order prices as well as very high prices for their product so I simply do not buy from them.

Lego bricks needed to complete an older model. After a little investigation I found the parts easy to find within the listing. Pricing was very reasonable and I was very pleased that the 5 parts required were in stock. The ordering procedure was very easy to follow, confirmation and delivery information was very informative. Parts only took a few days to arrive. I was very pleased with my order and will use again in the future. Recommended. Thank you

I've ordered LEGOs several times through this website and never had a single bad experience. It is very easy to compare prices between stores, and the layout of the website is excellent. I would absolutely buy through Brickowl again!

By far the best website to find lego pieces, instructions, and sets. LOVE IT!!!!

Better than bricklink by far, more friendly user, more Minifigures product for way cheaper than most other website. The only problem is the shipping or having news from the sellers could take some times.

Brickowl is by far the best website to find parts to build custom Lego models or to replace missing or broken parts, there are lots of stores to choose from with prices starting from 1p, this review is in response to a store called Noahs Bricks N Pieces.

Quick and easy to locate what I wanted

This is such a wonderful service that I use to purchase my 10 yo grandson some retired LEGO's sets and parts. Thank you so very much for your fine and efficient service.

Great range of pieces and parts but zero accountability or ability to complain when the figurine that your 9 year old son saved $20 to buy doesn’t turn up. And the seller just says not my problem once it’s send. No route to rate sellers or complain.

Many sellers to choose from. Fair prices for shipping. Can find any part I need to complete a build. Awesome site!

A well designed website/system, that finds the best deal for the customer, based on parts required, condition, suppliers stock and best total price, including postage.
With so many suppliers on board, throughout the world, it is rare not to find that missing part at a very acceptable price.
