I had to give it 1 star because that's the lowest I could go. Do NOT go to this location. I don't know about any of the other locations but this location is terrible. We ordered food once and weren't satisified but we gave them a second chance after a little while and still don't like them. We ordered 100 wings for almost $70 and got 80, we counted because it didn't look like there were 100 wings or 50 in each container. The wings that we got were over cooked, weren't ready when said they were going to be, and they don't include any extras, like dips. Alot of the wings didin't even look like wings, they were very small and barely had any meat on them, terrible and if you don't believe me, you can look at the other review that has the pics showing it. They'll give you mints and hand wipes though. When I called and said something the girl just gave the manager the phone and he was an a55 telling me that the 50 count trays are already pre-counted but when we take each wing out of the container and count them ourselves and only count 40, you are wrong and don't argue with me. I told him that I took pics and not videos so I couldn't prove it to him but that he needs to talk to the cooks. After going back and forth, he told me he would add me to the "list", I mean what the f is the list, does this happen all the time that you need to make a "list"???? He eventually told me that I could come back and get the other 20 wings that I as shorted, but really, what idiot will show up and do that and not know if their food was f'd with. I can't dispute the charge because it's legit but it isn't because I didn't get what I paid for, it's terrible but they win and get away with it. Horrible speed, food and service and they rip you off, you just don't know it because most people don't count or check the order because we assume and trust that we're getting what we pay for, heads up, CHECK!
