I ordered a Delia duck jellycat on this website. I got the duck and i can confirm that this is a real jellycat! The delivery went smooth and nothing went wrong. Overall a big recommendation to order jellycats on this website. I am happy i got my new jellycat so i can add it to my collection.

Overall good. But technically the application is sometimes broken. There is no erorr code, no cta button.

I was extremely unpleasantly surprised by customer support from Polish version; I've never seen such incompetence. Not only did I not receive part of my order from the store, but they didn't even know which postal service they used to send it to me. After corresponding with them, they asked me to send them back everything I'd unpacked and given, them for inspection. This is simply an absurd situation. More than two weeks have passed and there is no solution to this issue, and the responses from customer support leave more questions than answers.

I have been buying at Breuninger for many years now and have never been disappointed. The ordering process online is very high functioning, products stay in your basket forever and it’s very simple to keep a favorites list and move things from the basket to the favorites list and vice versa. Choosing size is very simple. You can opt for email information on availability when something is not available immediately. payment is easy, I use my credit card, but PayPal is also available as well as other options. The delivery is very quick. The packaging is accurate and environment friendly as far as possible. The quality of the products is very nice and there is a large price range available from pricy basics to luxury products and returns are so simple. I can’t imagine an easier way: The package contains a sticker return label which is simply applied to the box. The box is easy to reclose. You can actually do it without even using tape and you can drop it off at Hermes or DHL. You don’t have to add any kind of information to the box (even though I’m happy to fill out the forms which are probably helpful for finding out why things are being returned, but it’s not necessary). You don’t need a printer or a phone. What is even more remarkable is that they have really improved the process over the years: the packaging has become more environment friendly, the returns have become easier, and the deliveries are so quick( sometimes 2days). Their latest development is an app making it easier to use a small device like a phone for ordering. Also the returns are processed very quickly, I have never had any kind of mistake on the refund, and it it’s usually taken care of within days. I totally recommend shopping here if you are inclined to catalog shopping.(maybe I should add that sometimes that order up to 20 articles and return 17 to 20 of them which has never been a problem)

Bought a 115€ highlighter that was sent without an original box. Support said that they don’t have the box and if I’m unhappy I should return the product.
