I’ve attended a few of Nina’s conscious connected group breathwork sessions now and would highly recommend! I think Nina’s trauma-informed expertise, in combination with the safe, supportive, welcoming, inclusive, and spacious environment she creates is key to the wide-ranging experiences I have had and others have shared. It has allowed me to reconnect to my truer self and more user-friendly, compassionate mind (which even if temporary has been such a hopeful insight and welcomed relief from the inner critic), as well as begin feeling safer in my body again, and express some big emotions. Moreover, Nina has so generously checked in, and helped me make sense of and navigate some really difficult felt sense memories that have come up after a session (which CCB has potential to do), and that I would otherwise have felt too overwhelmed to by myself. I’ve had two breathwork sessions with Nina, and I can honestly say they have been some of the most profound healing experiences of my life. Nina is a wonderful guide and teacher who makes you feel completely and utterly at ease. Knowing that she’s extremely experienced and passionate about what she does gives you such confidence in the process.
The environment is very welcoming, comfortable, and soothing—I could stay there all day if she’d let me! The breathwork itself has been incredibly profound and has brought such deep healing. I’m learning so much more about myself, my body, my mind, and my soul. Every session comes with a new set of experiences and insights.
My advice would be not to schedule anything busy or demanding afterwards. You’ll definitely need time to rest, as your body’s nervous system has been realigned and you’ll want to make the most of that healing state. Plan for a relaxed evening and an early night—you’ll thank yourself for it.

I have had a couple of breathwork sessions with Nina. I was struggling with anxiety and life overwhelm, and the breathing techniques I learnt with Nina have helped me so much.
With Nina’s continued support and encouragement I have been carrying on with breathwork exercises daily and they are having a really positve effect in my life and on managing my anxiety levels.

Nina is a kind, caring and generous person. I felt relaxed and comfortable with her straight away.
Our sessions start with a chat then some breath work followed by trauma release which I was anxious about until we started. It is a very gentle practice and Nina is encouraging and supportive at all times. I now really look forward to it and every session I have.
I feel that I have at last found someone who understands me and will help me to find the person I was.

If you are struggling with your breathing then you are in the right place. Nina offers a compassionate assessment and achievable goals and approaches to help you with the physical side and the emotional side of what is holding you back. The functional breathing aspect had been helping me but I really feel like the conscious-connected session has unlocked a whole different dimension. Slowly finding myself again!

I was struggling to do day to day things because I was scared I would die because my heart rate would increase and my breathing would get heavy. But after Nina I now know that it’s natural to feel that when your out side when your moving. the exercises she gave me in case it was getting to me (which it does some times) where helping me be back to the norm as quick as possible. So now I am able to climb mountains which I know I wouldn’t have done before Nina.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing breathwork sessions with Nina via Zoom, one to one and in a group setting and each time i have been blown away by the experience. Nina is incredible. I felt slightly out of my comfort zone coming into my first session but she provided such a safe space that I was able to completely relax and my emotions and energy were then free to release. And boy were they released! I had both a physical and emotional response to the breathwork and the lightness i felt afterwards was unbelievable. It was if a ball of sadness that was trapped inside me had quite literally been lifted out. I couldn't recommend Nina and her work more highly. She's made of magic.
Working with Nina has been transformative for me. I've struggled with my health in many serious ways since covid. I saw Nina for a block of four one to one guided TRE (trauma release exercises) sessions. Each session is did with her built on the last, with more movement, shaking and release happening with each session - with the last one culminating in full body shaking.
Throughout the sessions Nina was kind, calm and she talked me through each step with demonstrations. I felt completely safe with her guidance and relaxed.
After the sessions I've felt very relaxed and clear, like a weight has been lifted
and most recently - quite euphoric!
I was not expecting full body shaking ( didn't know it was a thing!) And the feelings of freedom and positivity were definitely noticeable!
I can't recommend Nina and her TRE sessions enough!

Nina through her breath work tuition, created a very safe, supportive and trauma informed space in which I was finally able to start shifting contained emotions. After the session I felt calmer , more balanced and able to connect with my body and my breath.
