Great products. I’ve bought them before, but the web site should make it clear what is on sale and what is out of stock.

We have used Breaking Free before and have been impressed by their competitiveness and efficiency. We're very sorry that they are retiring.

I'm giving this 1 star so that people read this and heed this warning: if you buy anything from here, note they have a no returns policy for sale items and will NOT tell you. Nor are there any signs up that I could see. And the person who first served me positively encouraged me to take the boots away and try them around the house and return them if they were not comfortable. And they took a previous (sale) pair back after a few days and swapped them. And encouraged me to take this pair away and try them for a few days.

For all this good service this shop would have received a 5 star rating had the owner not just patronised me massively. Oh and finally, he said they had a one day return policy and it says so on the receipt. Incorrect - it states "No return on sale goods".

Pros:
Genuine, excellent quality Eagle Creek products.
By far the best range and prices for Eagle Creek packing cubes.
Very fast delivery.

Cons:
Website is a little slow, so it took a while to place my order.
Some of the packing cubes are clearly from an older range so the matching set I hoped for don't match perfectly (some have red pack-it tabs, some have black - quite annoying but not worth returning).

I was in the rather unusual situation of being unable to source what I wanted (a particular Eagle Creek bag that I'd had my eye for months) via either Amazon or eBay. Both were able to supply the item but with longer lead times and in one case, international shipping. Breaking Free had what I wanted in stock, at a reasonable price, and it came next day. Pleased and impressed! And glad that the little guys can defeat Goliath occasionally!
