Not Informed of this omission when booked. However was informed following the service that a tree had been planted on my behalf!
Would have preferred this an option with a cash back alternative as the car still needs cleaning.

Booking was for an annual service. The booking in process was easy, throughout I was given updates on progress including a useful video survey of the car.

I was notified when the work was completed and collection was straightforward. I had taken out a service plan which I’d forgotten about so it was a great (& welcome!) surprise when they informed me of the fact so I didn’t have to hand over any more cash!

I will continue using Bradley’s as both their sales and service teams are excellent

I brought in my Qashqai for its annual service and (first) MoT on the arranged day and time. The service person (Kelly) was ready for me with details and timings.
She called me several times during the day to update progress and the car ready when I called to collect. I also received a text-link to a video health check on the underside. My MoT charge was included in my service plan, so there was nothing to pay!

I recently bought a car from Brayley Nissan Altrincham, I've waited 3 months so that i could give a realistic review that was fair and balanced.
I'd looked at several cars and had a shortlist of three to choose from.
One of the dealerships in Derby just messed me about regarding the price of the car, so it was down to two.
Brayley Nissan Altrincham i can honestly say were excellent in the way they treated me from the very first time i contacted them regarding the car i was interested in.
Tim Jeffries looked after me and was thoroughly professional throughout, their was no sales pressure just honest answers to any questions i asked and nothing was too much trouble.
A really nice guy who is good at his job in my honest opinion.
