my car was being repaired after a non fault accident at another garage when the repair was completed my MOT had run out by leaving the car with Enfield branch for the day it was MOT'd and serviced and back on the road great service

Very good service from first demo visit to buying and part exchange.
All dealt with by one well trained and highly professional sales person.

Everyone was very professional, listened and took necessary action as needed. All the work on the car carried before the end of the day as promised.

Always great service from Kia, Georgina and Jordan are always so helpfull and friendly they always go above and beyond for me. The services on my car are always easy to arrange and quick to carry out.
Becuase of this i brought another Kia from Oliver in Dunstable Kia who again gave great customer service. 5* all round😊

The car was booked in and I was dealt with fantastically well. Georgina was lovely and welcoming on the service desk and the car was serviced washed and ready while I waited in no time. In between I was chatting to Sayeed on the sales desk and he was also welcoming and friendly. All in all a really pleasant experience. Lovely staff.

I have had Fords for many years so I decided to have a change, looking forward to many years of trouble free motoring with Kia.

Whilst dealing with several other dealerships other than Kia the service I received from Kia was head and shoulders above the rest. Fantastic service from Oliver from start to finish. Made the whole experience a pleasant one, no hassle and very quick.

This is the first time I have used Brayley’s for servicing having moved into the area and bought a nearly new Kia from them last year. On reception Jordon was extremely helpful at the beginning and on pick up, returning the car right to the door, which was helpful as parking and manoeuvring in Brayleys car park is a challenge. He also made sure that we were aware that we could have the car washed which was a bonus. The information provided about the service was comprehensive and I feel confident that it has been carried out properly. I was also pleased that there were no extra charges on top of the service plan that I have bought.

the service manager (was it Stephen?) and the lady who worked alongside him were excellent and are a real asset to Brayley's.
MOT was completed on time while i waited, enjoying a comfortable chair and coffee and biscuits provided.

I was made welcome and kept fully informed of the work being under taken which was carried out as planned in good time.
The car was returned cleaned and any questions were dealt with fully to my complete satisfaction by Jordan.

Arranged for my car to be serviced (Service Plan) and dropped it off as directed.
There was some information requested ahead of the appointment, part of which was a kind of ‘anything else?’ box - free format- where I recorded a couple of things I would like looked at.
A couple of recommendations emerged from the service and Georgie contacted my by ‘phone’ to discuss. I asked for the required work to be done and then collected my car later in the day. When I got in the car I realised that my map had not been updated (which was a request I had included in the Anything Else box’). Jordan apologised and arranged with me that I will return next week.
When I got home, I checked whether my other request had been met (releases on the back seat), but that did not appear to have been rectified.
I returned to Brayleys the day after the service and Georgie added the seat problem to the work list for next week.

The Service itself seems to have been fine, and the car wash was a pleasant surprise. I cannot give the full 5 stars as things were missed, but overall I am happy. Jordan and Georgie were delightful!

Been dealing with KIA cars for many, many years since our first KIA Sedona, never been let down, can’t recommend enough.
