I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for bras! Great quality and service
Wow. You can't get this kind of customer service any more.
There was an issue with one of the items I received and I contacted the customer services to make them aware of the issue. I honestly didn't expect much of a reply as it was an 'information only kind of comment but the customer services contacted me within 48 hours and they went above and beyond for me. I can't believe this level of customer service from brastop. I will continue to buy my lingerie from this company and will prefer it over any other retailer just because of how the issue has been dealt with.
Stopped delivering to a UK Town. Without notifying customer. And removing email. Made loads of purchases with this company. And loved all bras. I keep coming back. But now low blow!
Unfortunately I had to return all items as they just did not fit at all but the service I had was great, very easy to return and my refund was sorted immediately. The sizing guide really is not accurate at all though
I have never heard of this company until tonight where I received over 100!!!!! Emails from them with threads of conversations with other brands.
Ordered a single item and my order was cancelled because they did not have enough stock to fulfil my order. What a waste of time.
Great selection for unusual sizes. While returns haven't been processed yet, the process itself was rather straightforward.
Order worth over $100 and didn’t like the fit of them. There’s a catch, if you’re from the US, be expect to pay over $100 for a return. The return costed almost as much as my order. I would’ve been better off keeping the bras and giving it to someone more in need but I don’t know anyone with my size and fitting.
Bought items in good faith, expecting a timely refund. Enquired today as to when I should expect to receive my refund and was met by the lovely 'Ida' who only gave me a generic response to my specific question and a string of cheeky emails. Email now sent off to Brastop Limited CEO to complain about customer service agent - shocking customer service and will avoid shopping with them in future.
Absolute joke of a website, wasted so much more for my bras to last a month! Before they started ripping apart!
Extremely unprofessional! They gave me the wrong tracking details, and because what they gave me appeared correct, I ended up missing out on the parcel's delivery, and it got returned to sender.
They did refund, but since all of the items are out of stock AND nothing similar is available in the store, that doesn't help much esp. since if I'd known I could have shopped elsewhere in the meantime but didn't.
With the parcel still in transit, I asked them to please set it aside for me when it reaches their warehouse, so it can be sent out again, because I cannot repurchase since the items are out of stock.
But they refuse to, citing various logistics mumbo-jumbo that really just translates to 'we can't be bothered to step outside of our usual processes even to clean up our own mess'
I made sure to spell it out that I would of course repay the refund to resend the order, in case they thought I was trying to get a freebie or something (not that this would be out of order - if it was my business & it turned out I'd screwed up like that, that's just what I'd do).
Just in case they've done it elsewhere, here's exactly what they did - this is a bit boring but may be helpful if you're in the same boat.
I'm a non-UK customer (EU), & the link in their shipping confirmation email led me to a tracking page that showed my parcel stuck on the 'preparing to go out' stage for the best part of a month. Thing is, everything I've bought from the UK for the past several months is craaaazy slow-moving, what with Brexit and Covid and the ferries and god-knows-what, so at no point did this seem strange or a cause for concern.
Eventually I got a notice from a local last-mile courier company saying I have a package waiting-I didn't know who from bc the sender didn't say BRastop, just something generic like 'B2CE'.
Now, the last-mile courier kinda messed up too, bc they really delayed that notification to the point where the deadline for when they sent it back was like the next day after I got the text (notification didn't get lost or anything, bc it's in the form of a text not a paper slip in the letterbox).
So I didn't even know that package was coming until it was too late to get it basically: when I showed up to collect it, they told me it was off back to sender.
It took me writing to all of the different shops I had pending orders from, & Brastop replied it was theirs, then when I explained to them what happened, eventually they acknowledged their screwup with sending the wrong link.
(They did also have the cheek to be all Polly Problem-Solver about it, like 'we believe we know what happeeeeennned'. Yeah, NO)
I haven't seen the goods, obviously, so I can't say anything about those. But if you do order from outside the UK, make sure they gave you the right page, check it more often than other orders, & don't hesitate to pester them if it looks at all delayed. This is NOT a company to give the benefit of the doubt to.
After 7 days order never arrived. Had to chase twice on the chat option. Can't phone and talk to someone, just hopeless. They use Hermes (now called Evri)and swear there was an option to use royal mail, but I disagree as I would never choose to use Hermes as I have too many bad experiences with them. Great prices but appalling service.
Mostly good, but a couple of things. I was a customer before they spun off the US site and dramatically decreased the selection available to me. When I expressed my dismay, they explained why they needed a separate site for the US, but not why the selection was so reduced. They closed with "We hope you are able to find something that suits you." I've ordered from them rarely since then, and I no longer recommend them to friends. Additionally, I logged in today and discovered that they had reset my password (not a problem) and deleted my order history (a problem). What? Why? It seems calculated to annoy.

Won't use again. If you return an item you don't get postage refunded. £3.95 for nothing

Everytime I have had to talk to Customer service they have always been so kind and to the point. The shipping varies based on the bra you order I've noticed but even the longer wait times from uk to us isn't that bad! Always been satisfied with the products as well!

I've been ordering for years, for the first time ever, I've had to pay duties on my package. The explanation I was given was to 'check local customs'. Since i don't know if I will be incurring extra fees (extra $20) anymore, I will not be ordering from the site again

Had to return my order as the fit was poor, checked with customer service as 10 days had passed since my order had arrived back with them. I was told up to 14 working days for the return to be processed, then a further 3-5 days to receive my refund. Four weeks for a refund?? That is incredibly poor service in my opinion. I would definitely not consider ordering from here again.
