I was looking for a particular pair of Revere Sandles in a size 41. As i suffer from swollen feet and ankles fitting is of top most importance. Brandhouse had the brand, style, colour and size. The price was very competitive and the delivery as quick , the Web site was easy to negotiate. Will be looking there again in the future. Thank you

The shoes arrived quickly, and are exactly what I was looking for - lightweight and comfortable, able to fit my orthotics into, and breathable for summer. Very happy with these shoes!

first they send me the wrong item.
then they make me pay return fees.
then it takes forever for them to refund, and I have been calling them every day since they have received the item, and they never pickup the phone.

I had a good experience with brand house direct I ordered some boots that were the wrong size I sent them back and they sent me the right size without any complications. They were very helpful on the phone and I have now got some boots and I’m very happy with.

Do not buy from Brandhouse Direct.

They have zero regard for the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and will actively use stall tactics to keep your money when they ship you defective goods.

I ordered a pair of boots that arrived completely defective straight out of the box (a Major Failure under the ACL). They sent a replacement pair to fix the issue, but the second pair arrived in an even worse state—featuring a severe manufacturing defect where the inner leather lining was completely cut/split right below the eyelets, making them structurally compromised and unwearable.
When I legally rejected the goods due to a major failure and demanded a full refund, the nightmare began:

* They provided only one return label, which I used immediately.

* Despite Australia Post tracking confirming they successfully took physical possession of the returned pair, customer service baseline-falsely accused me of not returning them.

* They refused to provide a second prepaid return label for the remaining faulty pair, expecting me to absorb the risk and liability for their supply chain failures.

* Their customer service takes over 24 hours to reply, offering nothing but deflection about "checking with their supplier" to drag out the timeline past bank chargeback deadlines.

I have been forced to escalate this directly to my financial institution to initiate a credit card chargeback for a refund. Save yourself the 90-minute phone calls with your bank and the endless stress—avoid this company at all costs. They do not honor consumer guarantees.

Brand House Direct have always had a great range from which to choose. Rarely has my size not been available and to this point, I have not needed to return my purchase. The prices are reasonable, the quality and fit are very good and the ordering process is simple.

It was all too easy. From ordering to delivery everything was quick and easy.

I love the shoes, but the delivery was terrible they did not read the instructions on the side of the key pad and so I had to go and pick then up NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH DELIVERY

Had what I wanted at a competitive price including the postage, 2 weeks delivery to Perth WA.

Brand House Direct were great to deal with. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that i had to pay for the return postage as the shoes were just too big however Brand House Direct paid for the new size to be sent to me which are perfect. The whole deal was done promptly. I would recommend Brand house Direct.

Terrible experience shopping here. I purchased two pairs of shoes for work (office/admin professional). One pair broke the first time I wore them, and I contacted the website with photos of the shoes, clearly showing embellishment had snapped off one shoe, and included original box in photos. They then asked for 6 photos (how many angles do you really need?) Then had to wait weeks for a response from their supplier. I then had to cut the shoes into pieces! and send photo evidence, just to be issued a store credit (no refund). All I wanted was a replacement pair of shoes. I go back to the website to order the same shoes, but the sale has ended so my store credit doesn't even cover the cost of the shoes, nor the additional charge of the flat rate shipping. Terrible customer service and not worth the hassle.

Brand House Direct have all my favourite brands especially shoes . I know my size so always get my Merrell or Skechers from them. Sales are actually sales not price hike first then reduced . Fast delivery also .

I’ve been buying my shoes from Brand House for many years now don’t buy shoes anywhere else except for brand House. I’ve never had any issues with any other shoes I’ve ever bought and I love all of them.

I purchased a pair of ankle boots and only got to wear them for approximately 1 hour and I felt them giving way, upon inspection the soles had completely come away. This was the very first wear!!
I have been asked to return the UNWORN BOOTS IN THE ORIGINAL BOX ALL INTACT AS WELL I HAD TO PROVIDE THEM WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE. I pointed out again that I had actually worn the clearly Faulty boots for less than 1 hour.I was then requested to take 6 pics and provide proof of purchase. Which I did, they are now saying that they cannot see the pics etc as not in JPG . They are, so again I have resent them, just seems to be another drawn out excuse for NOT Refunding my money, hoping that I will NOT chase this up. If this Company actually cares about their Customers would they Not already have records of purchases etc???? I don't mind proving that these boots are obviously faulty with sending pics, but I don't appreciate that I am being treated like a criminal and Liar with their continual procrastination in compliance with Australian Consumer Law in regards to them selling NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE Products.
