Great experience!

Bought the wrong color by mistake and a rep was with me in an hour to fix it. Just got the pair of shoes in the color I wanted and they're great!

Would not buy again from this store

A month has passed since we my father ordered shoes from this online store

After a week we got the wrong size of shoes.
The store rep said they sent a replacement, then another two weeks have passed and we did not yet get the replacement shoes

Only after threatening to cancel the transaction on the credit card, I got the owner to call me back.
He finally sent the correct size shoes and gave me a 30% discount on my trouble
