Tried to connect my insta, was hacked

I always liked using brandbassador but not after this.

I really like this app! You can do different quests for various brands, and earn money from doing tasks! It is a fun app to use and im really loving it!

Its pretty easy for making money, and i enjoy everything about the app. Its very unique and creative.

Easy to use,good incentives good products

IDEAL OF SWEDEN offers stylish and high-quality accessories. I really love the design — everything is well thought-out and convenient. I enjoy using their products and definitely recommend them!

It’s a scam, they make it very difficult to earn in the first place, then to withdraw your earnings. When you finally can they have a low maximum withdrawal, a fee each time and a poor conversion rate (they use $ despite being a U.K. company). Then they’ll suddenly enforce a term that allows them to expire your earnings without warning. I had $800 taken away. They’ve been paid by the brands for the work that the content creators do, so it’s in their interest not to pay the creators. They could easily send out a message saying that earnings will be expired soon but they choose not to, in order to keep them. They’ve got a bad reputation now and have rebranded themselves as Club, to do the same thing again. Avoid!

This company does everything in their power not to pay you for your hard work. Sales you generated were not credit. If you contact the service for problems, you only get excuses or will be ignored. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Be careful. I have been with Brandbassador for years with several companies and they won’t let me cash out and also make cash expire without warning. I have been a true slave to BrandBassador if there fraud isn’t stopped and I cannot have hard earned cash.

Scam. Completed years of work and when I try to cash out they would not help. The company I supported now left brandbassador and brandbassador have washed their hands of the whole affair. No doubt brandbassador themselves have took a cut from the company but are happy to leave the helpers high and dry.

Our experience with this brand ambassador program was not just disappointing—it was outright frustrating and unacceptable. While they were eager to sign us up, their support was virtually nonexistent for the entire duration of our engagement. Despite our significant investment, the referral program never gained traction, and we never received a single follow-up call or any meaningful assistance.

What’s worse, their approach to cancellations felt deceptive, relying on delays and avoidance tactics to force renewals. I have documented email timelines that clearly illustrate their lack of transparency. They not only failed to deliver any value but also attempted to double our costs without regard for their total lack of impact on our business.

This company does not prioritize client success—once they have your payment, they disappear. If you’re looking for real results and honest business practices, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

I have recently downloaded the Brandbassador App. It's easy to use and it is indeed legit. I like the fact that these also a Team that can be able to assist when these something that you do not understand. I highly recommend you to come and join a successful Team.

The app setup is super easy to navigate along with excellent support and it’s very easy to find brands to apply to work with. They offer every tool you need with simple to follow instructions. I highly recommend Brandbassador to any and all influencers looking to expand.

App sucks. Lots of glitches. I haven’t been able to use it since I downloaded it. Unfortunately this is the app brands are choosing to link their affiliate links to. Hopefully it gets updates quickly.
