Awful service

Do not use this company unless you have A LOT of time.

It took 2 and a half weeks before they had availability to visit and complete a level 2 survey. Then, despite numerous chases, took another 4 weeks to produce the report.

Complete lack of communication, delayed the entire process, and caused a large amount of stress.

They pose as though they’re a large, professional company on their website, when they’re not. It is one surveyor, Ben Stazaker, and one admin staff. I don’t believe the ‘reviews’ on their website are genuine either.
