Reordered checks and never received…
Reordered checks and never received them. The tracking shows delivered but they never got to me. I had to face the hassle of closing my checking account and opening a new one. How can a company send such a personal parcel without signature required is beyond my understanding. I would never recommend them. Pay a little extra and order checks directly from your bank. It will save you from a big headache.
...Just an update after their reply asking me to reach them. It has been done already and they offered to send me new checkbooks. I just said No Thank You, and demanded a refund because now some stranger should already have my full name, address, bank name and account number. It was a big hassle closing my account after so many years and opening a new one. Would never order from them again, even if free of charge.
