I purchased a boom from Boylos and…

I purchased a boom from Boylos and found their price to be the most competitive among all the companies I reached out to. The free delivery was prompt and met my expectations. I plan to shop with them again. Additionally, they offer a rewards program that allows for extra savings on top-tier products.

Their expertise in watersports is truly…

Their expertise in watersports is truly impressive! Whether it's paddleboarding or kitesurfing, they're in the know! They consistently offer the newest equipment and, even better, they're eager to share recommendations tailored to your needs. I'd suggest them to anyone interested in water activities or even those just curious.

Had a SUP lesson with Meg

Had a SUP lesson with Meg. She spend a few min explaining things to look out for in the water i.e. wind and currents and safety. She was very good at explaining and demonstrating how to get into the water, move from sitting to standing and paddling and turning. I stood up on my first try and could stand up and paddle on my second try. From there we spend about 40 min paddling around the bay and finished with some stretching on the board. I enjoyed it so much I hired a board the afternoon for another hour.

Good service but...

I ordered a set of windsurfing fins in December. Payment and shipping went smoothly but I received a set of fins with the wrong size and angle.
I shipped them back at my own costs and received the right fins shortly after.

Now I perfectly understand the messing up due to the Christmas rush but it is the first time I find myself having to support the cost of a mistake which was not mine at first.
Since I live in France I add to pay 10 EUR (7 GBP) for the shipping over a fins value of 40 EUR (30 GBP). I am not going to cry for this amount but the difference with local shops is definitely not worth the hassle in this case...

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Really great customer service - keeping you informed all the way. Ordered something that was showing 'in stock' but was then informed that they were not happy with the stock in their stores so had issued a refund. Have come across so many companies who just do not understand the importance of good customer service and what great cheap advertising it is so well done you!

First time I have used Boylos. Will use again.

I ordered a boom from Boylos. Best price by far from many companies I contacted. Free delivery and arrived in a reasonable time. I will be using again. They also have a points system where you can have further discounts on top brand products.

Excellent service

I ordered a t-shirt for my husband's birthday. I received an email from customer services to tell me that unfortunately the size I had ordered was out of stock but that it was due in the next day (Sat) and that they hoped to be able to dispatch it on the Sat afternoon, if I still wanted it. I replied that I did still want it and that I'd hoped it would arrive by the Tuesday for his birthday. I received a second email telling me that the order hadn't arrived until later on the Sat, missing the post, but that they had dispatched it first class on Monday morning and that they hoped it would arrive the next day....which it did. Truly excellent customer service which made you feel that your order was valued. I will definitely order from this company again and would highly recommend.

First class service

This was the first time I'd used Boylos.

The items were delivered really quickly, with a confirmation email containing tracking data, and when they arrived they were exactly as described.
Altogether an excellent service. I will definitely use Boylos again and recommend them to my friends.

Excellent service

Ordered item was delivered damaged and on balance of probabilities it occurred in transit. Boylos dealt with the issue without quibble and I am now in receipt of a very fine replacement. Communication was regular and the customer service was personal and faultless. It's nice to deal with a modern company with old fashioned values.
Highly recommended.

Almost instant delivery!

I ordered a very large windsurfing rig bag yesterday afternoon and explained that as I needed it to go to Spain next week, prompt delivery was essential. They contacted the supplier, checked they were in stock and ready to go and I placed my order. I could not believe that it arrived before lunchtime today (the next day)! Efficient and excellent service!

Helpful, patient staff

Had a paddle board lesson from Boylo's. Complete novice, but they got me up to speed very quickly and made it a really enjoyable experience. Recommend very highly.

Great help for beginners and pros!

I know very little about surfing and the staff in Boylo's are more than happy to give you as much as help as you could want! Plus I bumped into a couple of guys in there last summer who were champions in some form of surf cup and they were coming to Boylo's for their gear, so it must be a good place to head to!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great service

Great advice from members of staff who all practice watersports and are more than happy to share their experience! Whether you are a beginner like me, a seasoned rider, or just looking for this beach feeling with clothing or accessories, you won't be disappointed. All my questions were answered and the SUP is fantastic.
