They do not want me to publish the review as they want to hide what happens in a residential area. They do not want you to see the video I made of the noise this establishment makes. If I could I attach a video as this is complete bullying now.

Saturday morning they wake you up at 9.30am shouting aggressively until midnight.

Sunday night singing loudly with screeching voices since 9pm (weekend lullalaby) & they were still singing loudly! Gone past 11pm and they were still singing loudly! It was superbowl and I swear it is 1.25am and they were still playing loud music.

It is what happens every Saturday morning. After a working week, they wake up people savegely every Saturday at 9.30am (see video) how loud it is in a residential area

Shit food as well. My friend went to BAO BAO and it was really bad.

Just noise - A competition of who makes the most noise between Boxpark, tram bell, banging demons on 23 College Roady (all day &night) & train/tram people due to some fancy partnership about how to revive East Croydon.

Wait till summer comes and the streets in the area are filled with puke and vomit!

No one says anything about this! Come to East Croyda they said!

Third time I have eaten here. Really enjoyed the food previously. Went back to the Afghan Caravan restaurant which I have enjoyed before. My meal arrived after everyone else had finished theirs, and only after complaining. The food was inedible. I was finally served disgusting pieces of chicken including lumps of gristle and fat. Chucked it all in the bin.

I went to Croydon food box today I was visiting Croydon
Looking for something to eat and go to the toilet
This was at 11 am on the 6th of May 2025
Half the food places was closed
And at all the toilet cubicles only one had toilets rolls in the cubicle and no toilet roll in the disabled toilet .
I spoke to the cleaning lady just inside the women’s toilets and she was just standing there on her phone and was even too busy to come off her phone look at me whilst I’m telling her about the issue

I attended Boxpark Croydon on 20th April 2025 with a paid ticket to an Easter event. Upon arrival, I was stopped by security and searched after being flagged by a sniffer dog. No illegal substances were found, yet I was denied entry without a clear explanation, allegedly due to carrying £500 in cash, which I had voluntarily disclosed and offered to return to my car.
Despite offering to show evidence of the money’s source and explaining I was the designated driver, I was refused entry. The incident lasted nearly an hour and ended with me being escorted away by four guards. I was the only person in my group stopped, and conflicting explanations from staff raised concerns of racial profiling.
A different security officer privately admitted the decision was wrong, and a manager confirmed the dogs were only trained for drugs—undermining the justification used. I believe this treatment was discriminatory and deeply unjustified. I have formally complained to Boxpark and Professional Security UK and am awaiting a response. I will not be returning.

Overpriced, not in keeping with the surrounding area. Alienated half of the city and it's only been open a week. Stay well clear

Only caters for Liverpool fans. Overpriced. Steer clear if you're an Evertonian.

I do like the venues, but the only issue is the blackcard points. You are only able to redeem them on house wines, beers or soft drinks. Which is fine if you drink those drinks, but I don't.
So if you buy cocktails or wine, then its not worth it and you end up loosing the "£10 drinks voucher" to spend on drinks, which you can't actually use the voucher. I have lost 2 vouchers. I've only ever managed to use one while I was in Shoreditch, but Croydon wouldn't allow me to use the voucher.

It’s a good venue with various food choices. The only issue I have (hence giving it two stars). Can’t use the £10 voucher on the points collected unless buying house wine or spirits. I buy cocktails and bottles of Prosecco. So the black card points are worthless unless you only drink house wine or house spirits.

Wembley is a really nice venue, had a great time. Quiz night was fun, churros were absolutely disgusting. Get those lovely fried mac and cheese bites. Nice place to catch-up with friends, would be better if the music was quieter so you didn't have to yell even though you're sitting next to each other (large venue so the music and noise echoes).

Excellent venue, truly enjoyable experience at their Wembley branch before the FA Cup Final.
