Worst ever delivery company, don’t order anything through them. If you do you will regret. My stuff has been cleared from customs since 2 weeks back they have not yet picked up my stuff and delivery it to the box I’ve tried to get in touch with them everything seems to me automated AI can’t get hold of anyone neither from emails or calls. I am waiting for an international…

I am waiting for an international shipment handled by Box Now that was sent on December 9, 2025, with an estimated delivery window of December 19–25, 2025.

As of today, the parcel has not been delivered and there has been no meaningful update in the tracking system. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via phone and email, I have received no response or clarification regarding the status of my shipment.

Due to the prolonged delay and complete lack of communication, I have been forced to submit official complaints to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman and the Hellenic Telecommunications & Post Commission (EETT).

I am still awaiting a clear and official response regarding the whereabouts of the shipment.

Too weak to handle their share of the market

Used to be happy to use boxnow but now it is usually a nightmare. They will return a box to Hungary (after only 3 days in the locker, without being able to extend the pick up date, amidst floods and Exarchia clashes) while not being able to move a package from Halandri to Exarchia after 5 days.

Package Was Destroyed by Extreme Mishandling Despite Multiple FRAGILE Warnings

This delivery was handled with gross negligence. The box was clearly marked with EIGHT “FRAGILE” labels on all sides, yet it arrived damaged and with completely broken contents.

Inside were solid ceramic items, carefully wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and protective foam, while these items are not fragile to normal transport conditions.
For them to be broken, the package must have been subjected to severe impact — thrown, slammed, or repeatedly dropped. This is not accidental damage, it is the result of reckless handling.

This demonstrates a complete lack of care, professionalism, and respect for customer property. Ignoring such obvious FRAGILE warnings is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how packages are treated throughout your delivery chain.

I would strongly advise others to reconsider using this service for anything of value or fragility, as basic handling standards were clearly not followed.

I will review the company with 1 star sadly..
I send every week parcels with Box Now and so I recieve my orders too.
During holidays all lockers in my area are overly booked as they say but I always send my orders with ease so why I cannot recie any.?Probably they have some free space and anyway their car pass from lockers daily to pick up and deliver.
So the last days I was waiting for a big amount of parcels to pick up.
But because there was not anything free close to my area I chose a faraway locker and then I send them a message in advance to deliver the parcels in my closest locker..They never replied. Im a person with 80% percent disability and I cannot move far from my neighbor. Andni dont have anyone to pick them up for me.I even emaild them my official card that proves I am disabled.No answer...
My next move its not gonna be a review.

From huge fan to dissapointment

We are a business partner using their services for our e-shop. Until today, all went smoothly. Because the customer missed the pick-up date, they sent the return email instructions to us, but with exactly the same location! (which is in a different geographical area). And so, we gave the customer the PIN (as we thought it was for them - being the SAME box). Customer picked it up, never paid, and the service we received was "We will try to notify the customer". We are very sorry to give such a review, but they could at least accept responsibility of their mistake. Be cautious... that's our advise

Good service

I suspect the bad reviews on here are because people sometimes only leave reviews when they've had a bad experience. I had a parcel delivered to a Boxnow locker and the process to collect it was really easy. I could open the locker straight from my phone, no need to even enter a PIN.

I m pleased with box now in general the only issue is that they hardly ever deliver at the boxes that are close to me. Liers. Unresponsive. They break everything

In the past it was my favorite company but nowadays that they have a lot of work in there doing great business-wise they have become careless they don't care about packages they break everything and they are very arrogant and liars. They cannot be trusted anymore, even to carry an envelope.
