I bought 1 pair of briefs in black to go to Rocky horror. They were amazing fit was great and supported all well making me feel more confident. So thus encouraged me to place an order for more. Such unique colours I wear briefs and hipster type. All amazing fit and quality material. Super fast delivery. And good value. Thank you guys.

Nice underwear but doesn't cover the bottom as well as it could. Tendency to ride up a little

Good quality, very comfortable, great selection, fast delivery and a great deal price wise.

Took advantage of a sale, my order arrived within 48 hours, correctly picked. I bought 4 pairs of briefs, most fit very well and are very comfortable (Size M, I'm 32" waist). Often other brands don't leave much room in the front pouch but these do because of the material. The glide briefs are nice, do ride up at the back a bit but are good for running or sport. The black briefs are great for everyday wear, comfortable.

I placed an order with them, but never received it. I have emailed them several times about this, but I have not received any kind of response from them. I am deeply disappointed in Box Menswear and will never place an order with them again. Such a shame.

Aside from the excellent quality of the glide briefs I ordered (which feel amazing to the touch), I was also very impressed with the speedy delivery time and, when a pair I ordered was out of stock, the customer service rep, Warren, was very polite and responded very quickly to my emails. He was able to sort for me a different colour and I also got two pairs of socks for free, thanks Warren!

I am very disappointed with my experience with this brand.

I ordered an item (order #58598) which turned out to be slightly too small. The product itself is good quality and I was actually happy with it.

However, when I contacted customer service to request a simple exchange (the item was only briefly tried on in clean conditions), my request was refused due to their hygiene policy.

While I can understand such a policy, what I find unacceptable is the lack of flexibility and especially the customer support experience:

* no alternative solution was proposed (no exchange, no store credit, no commercial gesture)
* my follow-up emails were ignored
* the conversation was eventually closed abruptly

In contrast, many well-known brands offer more customer-friendly solutions in similar situations.

This experience left me with the impression that once the purchase is made, customer satisfaction is no longer a priority.

A real shame, because the product itself is good.

Hands down the best underwear brand! Products are fantastic quality and feel great to wear. I have ordered jockstraps, thongs, briefs and boxers which have all been great across the board. I have recently tried the sports shorts which have been just as good . Try Box menswear lads you wont be disappointed!

Box Menswear are fantastic. I’ve ordered several items from them over the years and have always been impressed with the quality — every purchase has been first class. Their customer service is excellent, from the helpful email newsletters to the high standard of the products themselves. The range is great, and it’s nice to see new items being added regularly. This brand is always my go to choice for great quality underwear. I have purchased briefs, jocks, shorts, boxers and vests. Everything I’ve had I’ve been happy with. The fit is great, quality material and everything is easy to care for. I really like how items are packaged when they arrive. Am item was out of stock in a recent order and Warren the guy who emailed me gave me the opportunity to select another item. I chose a replacement and he confirmed the order was changed so quickly. Thank you. Keep doing what you are doing and nice to see a brand like this keeping the human touch

Best word to describe this company? Garbage.

Items have an odd flimsy fit that can only be described as cheap. You could buy 2 of an identical item and guaranteed that one item will fit and the other would be 2 sizes off.

Incorrect items get shipped and company refuses to correct mistakes they made. Would appear that the company has poor management and struggling financially if they cant afford to correct orders they process incorrectly.

Never purchased from Box Menswear before so after seeing they had a sale I thought I’d give them a go. I purchased the Tonal Briefs #2 & #3. I wasn’t overly impressed with them as the material is like women’s tights material and they were just a bit of a let down. If I’d have paid full price then I would have sent them back from just looking at them!
I purchased the men’s Blue Briefs and they are perfect, the fit, colour and comfort are all spot on.
I have seen some other underwear that I have emailed to get more info before purchasing but a week on and I’ve not had any response.

Very nice and soft fabric, fills like velvet and very comfortable!

I am using the singlets at gym and badminton. And, the singlets helps me the postures i wanted to keep. How I wish you can give a fair discounts because I wanted to buy 3 more.
