They over charge

I don’t know what happened to them they were good and respond to my request I just renewed my membership
I discovered that they evaluated 1 bag that 1.75 lb to be 7.5
1 small bag and scarf from and a wallet from 2.5 to 7.5
And way over priced if I used shop and ship even if I paid 1.5 kwd to every shipment alone without consolidating is cheaper us hup

A positive experience

I see many negative reviews but my experience was very positive. Because of the negative reviews i was very adversarial with them for no good reason except the reviews. But I had no other choice for this shipment so I had to use them. Communication may have been somewhat lacking but for a first experience I would say they performed admirably! Shipment from UAE Hub to the USA. I am very satisfied and pleased with their performance.

Irresponsible & weak in management

How is it possible?!?!!
They deducted AED 1,145.66 on 21/04/2022 from my credit card mistakenly they told!!!!
So they refund only AED 1,075.56 on 30/04/2022!!!!
I have already CALLED them several times and sent them SEVERAL MESSAGES including the proof (MY BANK STATEMENT)...
Unfortunately no one has responded yet and has not refunded my balance Yet!!! (The Proof is available and has already sent them)

Scammers ! Be aware

i did have two parcel!
the first parcel, they wanted 92$ to forward it to my country from their France hub !!after I payed ! i they saved my cc ! also they requested pic of my credit card !
after that I kept waiting for about 10 days waiting my parcel to shipped but , they requested an invoice !! they made me suffer from they low level support team !!
after I payed 92 $ ( for forwarding + gift wrapping ) they told me they don't have gift wrapping , but they did charge me for it !! so I payed extra fees for nothing !!
and until now I don't know where my parcel is ? they did not even provide a tracking number or any thing !!
such a bad company

If i didn't get any information about my parcel until now if things kept going like that i will directly head to justice and will stop that joke in court !

While your feedback reflects a bas experience, kindly allow us to explain to you and everyone else the real situation:

As a first-time user, and since your payment was coming from Algeria, which is flagged as a high fraud country, our payment gateway held your payment and requested proof of your ID and CARD. This is a standard process against fraudulent payments. This is why usually the first order do take more time.

That said, we do not store any Credit Card information, those information is stored by the payment gateway only unless you unchecked the save credit card details, while on their payment link. Boxit4me only stores an encrypted token they provide us, that would allow you to pay next time without reentering the details. This can also be deleted upon a simple request to help@boxit4me.com

Your shipment contained refurbished iPhones, the reason why we would require proof of purchase, an invoice, to make sure we are not shipping stolen iPhones.

You then declared the iPhone value to be $5, then $400, which made this more suspicious until you clarified that the phones are refurbished and provided the invoice.

For all the above reasons your shipment was delayed, as we have to make sure payments are not fraudulent, items are genuine, not stolen, and well declared.

Hope the above justifies your first experience, and will make you reconsider your review.

AVOID BOXIT4ME!!!

They are one of the worst I have ever experienced.I have been trying to get in contact with them for the pst fe days as my order has been delivered almost a week ago. They do NOT respond to emails, they do NOT update their application regarding the orders. Currently I am left hanging in the middle of nowhere- i don't know where my orders are and I need them urgent.
This is my first and LAST experience with them - I do NOT recommend them at all!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you do not care about your orders.

Update:
An email from the registered email address was sent to you on Thursday - two different messages, another one yesterday and a fourth one today. Only when u failed to reply on the registered email did I send from my own email and wrote this review.

The packages was added to the account at 1o.41 pm, after bombarding you with several emails.

In addition; we have requested to chat with someone more than 5 times and whether we were #1 in line or write our information (the registered email address), it never went through. This happened over 5 or 6 times.

I really hope we recieve the order on time and avoid additional delays!
As explained in the previous emails, we are running out of time and it breaks our hearts to see our daughter sad and attending school with missing items.

ANOTHER UPDATE:
On tuesday at 3.34 Pm, Boxit4me sent my husba an email as he is the registered email that the shipment will cost 507$ to be delivered which is way too much considering that the items in the shipment are a schoolbag and cost 139$ . We immediately replied asking to change the address to be in France as it will be much less once it is within europe. They haven’t replied back until now which is almost 36 hours later.

The worst shipping company ever as they lost my shipment after almost 2 weeks of waiting.

Also, their website has many bugs.
And their customer support is terrible

Trash compony with a trash site

Trash compony with a trash site, don't even give them a chance. For 2 months I have been trying to send my packages from Japan to my country. The site never updates I have to email them to manually update for each and every F*** packag. Then email them to calculate the shipping rate, when they do the send an email with price but when you check the site there is nothing, no packages joined no shipping price no ****. TRASH UAE COMPANY

The worst company ever!

The worst company ever!
don't ever deal with them they steal 4 packages from me which costs more than 2000$ it has been a year and they did nothing to me
they are all liars, they just keep giving you promises and they do nothing, their costumer service team is very rude !!

they will keep telling you we will refund you after week or two and we get back to them after one or two weeks they do nothing and they just postpone it to another 2 weeks and son on, finally they will tell you we can't do anything for you

Worst company I deal with

Worst company I deal with, firstly I subscribe and pay 7 USD but app still ask me to subscribe again to see my packages, second they took 2 weeks to add my packages to my account, The shipping price is 4 times the price of Aramex, don’t believe there calculator because it’s not the price only you you will pay with them, they ask to pay for shipping + service charge which is more expensive than shipping charge + charge and tax for the shipping company they deal with. I don’t recommends that company to any one ,, Use Aramex, which is very cheaper compared to this company, last They use volumetric weight instead of actual weight so the shipping rate will be high, I don’t recommend anyone to use this company.

Highly recommend

This place has lots of bad reviews but I've had a fantastic service so thought I should share! I had something ordered to their UAE hub and then forwarded to me in the UK and it could not have been easier. They recieved it, and then posted it to me the next day and I was told it would arrive in 5-10 days. Well I got it 4 days later. I can't speak for other hubs but the UAE branch have been fantastic. Their advisers have always replied to my emails within 24 hours as well!

Avoid such company

I did ship with this company a couple of times
Most of the shipments arrive late . Now they are holding
An amount of 79$ for almost 20 days from my credit for no reason .
I have sent emails many times And no reply from them . And contacted the live chat multiple times and they keep on avoiding opening the chat and when they do open they start assuring me it will be solved in the same day but nothing happened for 20 days now .
My advice is to avoid this company if you are looking for a company that respects there clients .

I have very bad experience

I have very bad experience with Boxit4me, they lost 4 items from two different shipments and followed up with them for weeks and eventually got nothing.
Every follow up take days and not output regards of the evidences in hand they keep take USA office operations for granted over customer’s.
I have contacted the original seller and UPS, both confirmed the issue from Boxit4me, but USA nh team amazingly out of control for the main office.

Never use it, there are many respectable companies doing way better service.

A great services and great prices

I used boxit4me to ship my packages twice .
Very satisfied with the first and second try.

Things that i think I'll never found in any other company such as:
1) Buyit4me service they purchase from any website refused your billing address.
2)I ordered the wrong sneakers size from Footlocker when boxit4me received the shoes i sent an email to their customer service and boom they returned it.

They have a very good customer service. Thanks Moataz and Thoraya.

Very bad company

Very bad company. ALL the pictures on their “testimony page”, are fake, frauds, and taken from other websites. I wouldn’t use them. When called to inquire about something, the reply very wrong and could have cost me hundreds of dollars, and the agent from the website was much worse in communicating his answers. Sorry, but I’d rather pay more and have a peace of mind

A new shipping company have a huge lack…

A new shipping company have a huge lack of experience starting with the customers service ending in shipping and handling. I shipped 5 parcels with them one only got on time and the others are a disaster. One took a 28 days to arrive also with a missing items and damages. And the other shipments a big variations in prices without any explanation WHY. The customers service everyone have a different response than the other. A very bad experience with them. Will never ever gonna be another time dealing with them again.
