Was good - until it got too big
At one point boxers like Shawn Porter and others would chat along with fans. A lot of long time posters.
Then things changed - the forum template changed, the mods changed, and it's nowhere near what it used to be.
There is a sense of over sensitivity over certain issues - mods that used to be referred to as "trigger mods" - something bothers them personally, they abuse their authority. Yet racism runs rampant and unpunished. Rules are not applied uniformly - again, if a mod has a personal issue, they'll use the TOS to abuse power (when certain posters violate TOS that are friends with the mods, they're ignored).
The hope was that ProBox would clean it up. Either they haven't gotten in yet OR they are the ones that made it worse, but some of the trigger mods are the same as before, so who knows.
Either way, it's not the place to go if you want the kind of forum that it used to be. Consider Reddit's r/Boxing instead.
